Sir, ISRO and NASA develop technologies and execute projects related to space which help Nations.... but behind every technology there is a theoretical science.... and behind these theoretical sciences also, there will be some core ideas and principles and these core ideas and principles are there in Upanishads is what Swamiji is telling.... he didn't tell that ISRO and NASA are not required .......

@@3danimationkannada agreed. Nirbhayananda Swamiji has visited my home at California. He is my Guru. There are extremities who claim after putting humongous invention that this invention is already told in Upanishads, that is not completely true. Upanishads and Vedas provide spiritual dimension of wisdom. Shastras do provide technical insights that are true in those ages, they need to be researched using current technology to come out with hybrid of sanathana knowledge to deliver with latest technology tools

@@vjavli Oh that's nice to hear that Swamiji has visited your home. And I agree that some people claim everything to Indian origin and that feels uncomfortable sometimes. But the truth is India has a very vast history and most of it is lost unfortunately. Our scientists need to look into Vedas, Upanishads Jyothishya Shaastras and take advantage of that. One such development is happening in Bengaluru. Some senior ISRO scientists are learning Astrology from a famous Jyothishya School from their point of view.

Please don't take it the wrong way, swamiji is the one who was very happy during chandrayana live telecast. You don't know how much he appreciated the efforts of ISRO. Intention is just to say if we include the knowledge treasure from Vedas, Upanishads and other scripts in our education system the research mindset can be developed from childhood and many such achievements can be done in India.

Foreign countries like Germany and the USA are already utilising these scriptures. Even NASA. But in India we are still not utilising them properly. He is very clear that these things should be included in our education system.
