Let us know your thoughts of Magnetic Island?! 😆
(Also, made a mistake with one of the beach labels. First beach we visited is Florence Bay. Second is Arthur Bay!)
    Enjoy! 🤍

Great stuff guys. I'm glad you made it to magnetic. I'm sorry it wasn't all that it could've been. You can actually go out swimming quite confidently along the Rocky headlands. If you look at the way the wind is coming from then go to the opposite shore from the direction of the wind that way if you get into issues all you need to do is float on your back and the wind will blow you up against the rocks where you can then turn to the west and swim home or get out and walk home over the rocks. Anyway, I hope you've had a lovely time there. I'm assuming you'll go from there through the Hinchinbrook region before getting to Cairns. I would suggest trying to get either onto onto Hinchinbrook Island if you can afford it or one of the other surrounding islands like Brook, Goold (yes it's spelled correctly), Eva, or Garden Islands. I would spend to much of your resources on Carins (unless you specifically want to go out to the reef - expensive from Cairns), rather, look to going up to Kuranda and spending lots of time there instead! Keep up the good work. God bless.

Hey! Well, we still experienced a lot of what the island had to offer. We just missed out on the snorkelling.. plenty more spots for that!
Yes! We’re heading up towards Cairns via this route. We’ve heard a lot about this part of the East Coast and are very excited for it!
Thank you for your support, it’s always great to hear from you! We hope you’re well ☺️

@@JamesandJosieTravel I hope (well I can see you are both well currently) you two are well too. Really Give Carins the Widest birth. The beach is muddy, and it's just a glorified tourist destnation. Go straight to Kuranda. Thanks for the prompt reply.
