I'm in Southern California, but in the same zone 10a as you. I love your channel and even bought seeds from your online store. Thank you for all the inspiration.
I have one squash video about growing them from seed but I have plans to make a ton more videos, and some specific to some of my favorite cultivars like Seminole pumpkins. So more to come 😀
@@JerrasGarden I cant wait I am absolutely loving your channel I am binge watching your channel, ordered my first batch of seeds and telling all my friends here in the south that we can have beautiful gardens! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your content!
You are the reason I’ve had my first summer abundant garden. I had an amazing fall/winter last year and looking forward to even better this year because of your guidance
Thank you, Jerra, for all of your valuable knowledge and information on gardening in Florida. I'm in zone 9b. I can't wait for our cooler growing season to begin. 😊
I find kale to be very vigorous in my area this time of year. I just planted a ton of it haha. It will all just bolt as soon as freezing stops next year. I will probably have transplants ready to go in by then, as it's slow and doesn't move much until may when direct-sown. It is still too warm for more of most brassicas for me though sadly.
If it’s still hot, potato have issues growing. It’s probably better to plant something like sweet taters. Some people have luck in shade areas, but it’s better to wait till fall or late summer.
It is doing fantastic! I am filming the whole process so video soon to come. It looks nice in my house and I'm starting to get flowers. Super excited to grow tomatoes indoors since I cant grow them during the summer (its too hot).
What is the best indoor light, temperature & watering methods for seed starting? My front porch has been enclosed to be a nice sunny room. I'd love to set up a seed starting station in there as I've always direct sewn in the past. It keeps to about 80* most of the summer/early fall. NE FL Zone 9B. Thanks!
I sell onion seeds but not transplants. I dont sell garlic bulbs either. I got mine from Practical Plants in FL last year. They were fantastic! Here is their website: practicalplantsfl.com If your not in FL, then check out Baker Creek or google it. There are lots of online suppliers.
@@JerrasGarden thanks again I’m in Haines City Florida that’s why I love your advice because everything you’ve suggested has worked. The tomato seeds I bought from you this year produced far beyond my expectations can’t remember their name at the moment but they were very large and I believe you said they were from Italy can I plant those in the fall also if so when do you recommend?

Please keep the list on the screen a luttle longer. Thank you. Also, we would still lusten if you aren't talking so fast. You rush from one thing to the next in one breath. Everyone seems to be doing it but it is not necessary. We will still listen. When someone is getting new info, this speed talking is just not good. Thank you. I am not trying to offend you.
It’s a video for a reason. We watch the video in order to learn from it. It’s just a suggestion that is being given to cater to the needs of the viewer.
She does this because she knows ppl don’t have long attention spans. Slow down the vid to 0.75 it sounds normal, v.s the actual speed which is in “normal”.
Excellent video! I’m a new subscriber and really learned a lot from this! Thank you so much for the detailed information 😊
Welcome aboard!
