    hi, what happens with previous engine, where is a problem, why you changed an engine? i saw your announcement in ss.ka is it reliable engine at all?

      The first engine lost oil pressure and I don’t have time to explore the reason, because I was going to Denmark with it. The new engine runs like a dream, have done several thousand km on it already

    Why turn off a system of afterburning of fuel?

      This Kawasaki doesn’t have a EGR system, the block of plates are from the factory.
      I don’t really see a reason for me to order a used EGR valve and then try to retrofit it on this bike.

      Just in case: er engine cap has a two pipes goes onto the filter box.
      This is not egr, just crankcase gas pipe. If you close this caps on top of the head all pressure will go from the breather onto the filter box, but with oil

      I haven’t measured that block, I assume that it’s 200-300mm in height

    Timing point T is the position of the piston above the left or right, sir? Is it the same as the en400 engine 🙏

      “T” on the rotor means the top dead center for piston nr.2.
      To set the timing correctly, you need to set the crankshaft to “C”. That puts it on TDC for the first cylinder.
