Great review Eddie! The Air 3 is amazing. I was hesitant to move from my Air 2S at first, but after the first flight with the Air 3 I was convinced, and for any recreational, or pro flyer it also meets reasonable budget limits when compared with the MA3 Pro.
@@dronetheworld4k67 I crashed it several times and even cracked an arm but it still flew without problem. Did you receive an error code with the gimbal problem? You can report that to DJI.
It's a very nice drone, I picked one up a month ago. I couldn't bring myself to replace my Air 2s. So I have two front line drones, lol. The colors with the Air 3 are incredible!
Are the colors that much better than the Air 2S? I have gotten jaw dropping results on the former. Still waiting on the Air 3slS to drop before ai devide to pull the trigger.
I choose the Air 3 as my travel drone to the #SFDM, for most of the reasons you stated. Compact enough to fit in my camera bag, great flyer in the wind, 3X camera, great battery and very good quality for the kind of things I wanted to capture while at the meetup. I agree with you 100%! Took my Air 3 to Australia and it did not disappoint! A great traveling drone even with all the accessories and 3 batteries. No issues with TSA at all either. It holds up so well!
You could be right. DJI Didn't do right by the Mavic 3. In spite of how good the camera is. So many features in the drones that came after it. Air 3 nice drones for travel like the Air 2S. Was in Puerto Plata in February. Thanks for sharing
Air 3 is a great featured pack drone, thats small and compact. Perfect for travel. Puerto Plata has changed so much, I was impressed. Hope you enjoyed your time there.
Awesome views of the DR! I just came back from Croatia with my m4p and air3 with 1 rc2 controller and it was great! I now need to mod my videos because with the freewell split nd filters on my air3 the colors we kind of dull. I did shoot in d cine so should come out very nice! Yes the air3 handled the wind much better and stayed up longer
Agreed, Eddie. I love the top three in my fleet: Air3, Mini4 Pro, and Mavic 3Pro. They all serve a different purpose. As usual, keep the great content coming.
Very nice review of this drone! I have been contemplating getting this drone because it has so much of what I like and need! However, we are so close the next "Air" drone that I feel I need to wait. Made that mistake when I purchased the Air 2 so late and 6 months later, the Air 2s came out and blew my Air 2 drone out of the air! Thanks for sharing!

never reach 40 min flying, but you can reach up to 34 min verified myself, it is the best drone i have had

I love my air 26 as well and have crashed it several times. Had it over 3 years and it’s still going strong.

How is the obstacle avoidance system ? Are they better ? Do obstable avoidance work at night as well ? Thank you
