Remembrance Ceremony, South East Palliative Care Centre

The 2024 Remembrance Ceremony, taking place at the HSE's South East Palliative Care Centre, located in the Dunmore Wing, University Hospital Waterford.
This service was recorded by the staff of the South East Palliative Care Centre, the Waterford Hospice Movement and the Waterford Healing Arts Trust.
This Remembrance Ceremony service is to honour and take time to remember all patients who have died on the Oak Ward (in the HSE/South East Community Healthcare's South East Palliative Care Centre, UHW) or under the care of the Waterford Specialist Community Palliative Care Team.
