South East Community Healthcare is the HSE's community healthcare organisation (CHO 5) delivering community/primary care, mental health, care of older persons, disability care and health and wellbeing services in counties Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford.

Due to a rise in measles cases in Ireland, the UK and continental Europe, the HSE has set up Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR) catch-up clinics, which will be open each week in venues across counties Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford and South Tipperary this summer for five year olds to 46 year olds. Croí an Tobair is an 8-bed, 24-hour, nurse-staffed residence in the HSE/South East Community Healthcare’s mental health services and is in Oylegate, Co. Wexford. Marie Tritchler is Clinical Nurse Manager 2 at the purpose built single room accommodation, which provides care for people with an intellectual disability.
