What's the code for 35% off the combo? I tried adding the X100 combo from the official Zhiyun store on Amazon (there was no link for it here, you might want to add it!) and used both Consp25off and guessed at Consp35off, but neither were accepted. I've had my eye on it for a little bit now and 35% off seems about right to actually try one.

MarkusPix convinced me to get a Zhiyun M40 Fiveray. It has a really pleasing warm light and the cool side has a bit of a green tint that I also like, but if you want color accuracy this brand will annoy you. The temperature and intensity change in a bit of a stair-step pattern, which isn't so great. I got it for 80 usd. It's back up to 100. The formfactor is super fun. I want another. I hope our host will be sent one to review soon, with affiliate link bellow of course.

You're the only channel making ads with stuff given to you for free that I still admire.
There's too many UA-camrs (Gerald Undone who is particularly egregious about this) out there pretending to "just be doing a review" when really they're doing a paid (with a hundred/thousand dollars worth of free stuff) ad.
You seem to actually talk about the issues that an item has whereas these other "unbiased" reviews tend to gloss over them or completely skip over them.
Seriously considering selling my Amaran lights and switching to Zhiyun. The size and brightness is honestly worth it alone for me. I find the Amarans are too big and bulky for the output they give. These Zhiyun lights just look a lot more versatile especially as someone who works solo.

Unfortunately, my experience with the CX100 hasn't been as smooth as I hoped. 🙄 The battery stopped working not once, but twice after replacement. Until the battery issue is addressed, I wouldn't consider purchasing it again. Additionally, if you're planning to use it on full power, beware that the light tends to turn off when it overheats, which has been a recurring issue for me. Hoping for improvements in the future!

The battery of CX100 cannot be removed and it doesn't have bluetooth.

Just to let you know the CX100 can be paired in the ZY Vega app and be controlled via bluetooth and you can set exact brightness and temperature in there and also control from your phone.

I've been doing photos with my shutter speed a hair faster than it can deal with my speed lights. It cuts off one edge in an interesting way. Looks like a film f@## up. I'm so easily amused
My adapter melted after a couple hours of use with the x100. The x100 is great but need some tweaking to control the heat.

The double tap is for safety during stowage...no accidental start up to kill your battery. The mc 20 from Z does a decent rim job, I mean rim light job.
Someone should invent a cheap dive housing for some of these budget lights maybe include a water cooling solution into the housing ?
