Also, there's Christopher Frost. It doesn't matter what he's talking about; his extremely posh RP accent makes it a good listen.
Such a good list! I also think i could just watch Potato Jet's review on any embargo day and that's all the info I'd need. And Matt granger aaaah many moons ago i think that channel taught me sooo much about off-camera flash and portraiture. Classic!

I know I need to break away from the teleprompter a bit more, trying to do more educational content and just sharing what I find fascinating as I go. The new tripods are my recent interest. Another is Jerred Z who is the from the U.S. Midwest. Finally, Keith Dotson who specializes in black and white, but visits lots of historic and abandoned sites across the country. Take care...

Instead, I watch people who are really having fun like Posy, not a camera channel but beautiful cinematic, geeky content with deep passion.
The problem with the ones you mentioned is that they have a problem with peddling stuff from whatever company is giving them free stuff and then pretending it's somehow different from a sponsorship. Zenography is a good, eccentric channel. It's about putting mostly cheap vintage lenses on mirrorless modern bodies. So he reviews some old East German lens or classic Pentax 1.4 lens on a Sony body for example. He's a good photographer and tries to include similar or the same shots in each review, so you can for example see if the pattern of distortions and weird artifacts when shooting through leaves against the light is pleasing or not.
I love your humor and you've helped improve our videos too. It would be pretty cool for us to do the same thing and roast some of our favorite whiskey or wine channels at some point. This was a great video.

I miss The Angry Photographer being all about the Nikon and Fuji lens advice. His tips were great and his attitude was punk af. Slightly insane but a special and unique individual. I know he was a fan of your channel.

@@chromaticvisuelle As long as we are tossing photographers into the mix, Steve O'Nions, Shoot on Film, Courtney Victoria, Pierre T Lambert, Jared Polin, The Photographic Eye, Arthur R, Matti Sulanto, Tom Calton, Robin Wong, Dustin Abbott, Terry Warfield, Simon d'Entremont, Keith Cooper, Kai W, Mike Smith, Willem Verbeeck, Mat Marrash, Ken Rockwell, Nick Carver, Ben Horne, and Nicole Small. Markus is amazing. He is a very rich man that I would love to have a beer with. I can't say that about most very wealthy people. His story of his life is awesome.
I love your stuff. You make me laugh out loud. The thing about camera channels is the folks tend to fall into one of two categories. Personalities and Practioners. Can't say enough good things about Eric Walker at Sound It Out Films. I paid for his C70 course and it changed my life for the better. He's a great teacher. All of his teachings are based on real world experience that was hard earned. I'd add Peter Coulson from Australia to your list as well as Joe McNally. Peter is very good with fashion and he makes beautiful images while rocking a sad pair of New Balance shoes that would look great on a vintage Corvette owner. Joe McNally really knows his stuff and what he does with small flash is nothing shy of spectacular. I also like Vanessa Joy because she shoots a lot and has a practical point of view on what works and what doesn't.
Thank you young sir. It'll take me a month to check out all these interesting recommendations (because I is old and useless in the ways of tech) Take care little amigo ❤

We love That Weird Filmmaker. He's the reason I got into Panasonic and why I bought the Olympus 12-40mm f2.8 Pro over the Panasonic 12-35mm f2.8. Lets just hope he can start working with a model that isn't so ugly that simply looking at him kills brain cells.
You know when they were trying to come up with nicknames of Petapixel viewers I know every single person was thinking the same thing: Petaphiles. And maybe that's why they stopped trying.
the funniest part of this video is that mr. conspiracies has to remain perfectly still in his focus spot because he dialed his focus range to be 1mm for maximum blurry background.

Really dynamic content coming from you lately.
Finally a decent looking shot! Congrats!
You're the best upside down camera artist in the world! One day, I'll mount the lens I watch you through and see what you look like right side up!
That Weird Filmmaker is a gem
Your excellent taste should be admired by your peers. 👍
for wildlife filmmaking and photography ... Duade Paton from Australia. Amazing person!
I recently stumbled upon CVP and oh man what a amazing channel such gold videos of knowledge
I've been out of the camera world for years. Come back only to find my fave UA-camrs with grey beards hahaha love this guy
Rumor has it the MarcusPix has so much gear, B&H has to order from him.
Kasey predicted the future is Nikon and now they own Red.
MarkusPix is a treasure.
I like Ken Rockwell's channel. He just is blunt like his website but tells you everything you want to know about whatever he is reviewing.
GxAce and Bloom have cinematic AF videos… they can be talking about some Leica I could never afford and I’ll watch it on my 4K TV
Caleb Hoover and Sam Holland are nice to watch..thanks again..Nice list..🎉
C200 RAW...for UA-cam. Hahahah hahahaha hahaha! Checking in on UA-cam every-now and-then and it's hilarious.
Thank you young sir. It'll take me a month to check out all these interesting recommendations (because I is old and useless in the ways of tech) Take care little amigo ❤
you forgot to mention me 😄 I talk about m43, filmmaking and lenses without being sponsored by anybody. I'm my own boss and my subscribers are my friends. I'm honest and I'm answering comments🥳
😁😁
Does Gerald Undone also live in Toronto ? Just curious
Omar Gonzalez is great. My favourite YT photography channel. And Kai W is also funny and does some interesting reviews.
PetaPixel REALLY needs a new name. Seriously.
You know when they were trying to come up with nicknames of Petapixel viewers I know every single person was thinking the same thing: Petaphiles. And maybe that's why they stopped trying.
@@NeonShores there's no such thing as a petaphile, unless you really enjoy the number one quadrillion.
@@NeonShoresbring down the age of consent and stop whining. The entire hip hop and rap industry are love it and sports athletes too.
lol it is pretty lame for sure
@@unbroken1010🤨📸
I watch Omar at times, never heard of the others, so I will take your word on how iffy they are, thanks for saving my time.
Philips vlogs using his drones are pretty neat too, the ones where he's slowly walking and gthe drone pulling back
the funniest part of this video is that mr. conspiracies has to remain perfectly still in his focus spot because he dialed his focus range to be 1mm for maximum blurry background.
