But In Greco-Roman Wrestling, it is strictly forbidden to grasp the opponent below the belt line. If you use martial arts to defend yourself, you risk injuring the other person and becoming the assailant instead. If you are physically strong enough to practice martial arts, I think it would be wise to run away from the scene.

Grappling arts are combat sports with weight classes and rules. A top freestyle wrestler will always defeat a top judoka under wrestling rules, and the judoka will always defeat the wrestler under judo rules. I'm a professional judo coach by the way, brown belt in bjj and I competed also freestyle wrestling lol I love all grappling arts.

Besides, most people wear some form of clothes in a real life self-defence situation, although this also depends on the weather/climate.

The judoka is the third dan of judo, and the wrestler is the 2nd place in the university championship in Greco and the 3rd place in Japan in freestyle. Regardless of the result, he is a Japanese judoka with a wonderful personality, heart and skills.
