I love that you don't edit out all your "mistakes." It makes them real and homey. Less intimidating.

If you don't want your honey to stick to the spoon, literally just dip it in the bowl, which is full of oil. The oil will let the honey slide right off.

Also just run it under a tap and it slides off.

Mix the balsamic vinegar + mustard + honey first together if u want thick keep mixing till think and gold in color then add the lemon and salt and olive oil last thing because if u add the olive oil early with the balsamic they won’t mix together and it won’t be thick even the mustard won’t mix so mix these two first

A very nice dressing to compliment others we make from scratch at home. We find this one perfect for the spring greens with slivered carrots. Adding any harsh veggies such as onions or radishes will change the flavour.

@ Liz Garcia May I ask what brand of balsamic vinegar you purchased?
I respect your boundaries if you don't care to respond. Just curious here, the price range for balsamic vinegar has a bit of disparity. I saw one brand (on-line) that sells for $100 for 6 ounces.

To avoid the honey to stick to the spoon, just put some olive oil on it, the honey will fall as if it was water

Dip your spoon into the oil before measuring the honey. That way, you'll have a much cleaner spoon with very little honey left on it.
