What is an End of Life Illness?

Compassionate Sheffield have teamed up with The United Women Affiliation and SBC Theatre to share answers to important questions about end of life care and advance planning. This includes questions around life limiting illnesses, choices you can make about accessing care and support from the NHS and other services, dying, planning funerals, how we can support ourselves and each other through this important part of life, and more.
