    Looks lush I might think of use it as a burger but it will be my first time doing more homemade one then a pro one.

    Definitely going to try this. I don't have the Ninja one (yet 😁) so I guess I'll have to adapt the timing to suit my air fryer. I've made my own previously in a conventional oven, but I love the filling with a bag tip as I've always split the breast open and all the filling falls out on cooking.

      Could use milk or butter milk, but ideally need the egg to bind breadcrumbs together. 😁👍

    Looks good Si. What temperature does the chicken have to be above to be cooked?

    Did this and they all stuck to the tray.

      Try a small piece of grease proof paper under each piece of chicken next time.
      It's normal though for items to stick to the tray though depending what they are. 😊👍

      I did exactly the same as you in the recipe and mine stuck 😭
