Side fairings were not removed in the video due to youtube 10 min time restriction on videos. If you want to see how to remove the side fairings check out the proton installation video.
Not necessary, di-electric grease is just used to maintain a good connection. It keeps out moisture and prevents corrosion.

Hey, just curious, I see you mounted your ballest under your voltage regulator, did you have any issues with it over heating? ever have to move them?
It appears that he headlight assembly does not need to be removed... is that correct. I ask because I’m installing a new hid kit but one already is installed. No need for me to remove the whole housing ?
so my 06 cbr 600rr has hid's but only the high beam works and the low beam does not work at all.
@d3xt3r23 I was installing while doing the video so it takes about 8 times longer.
I honestly dont know but I would guess around 2-3 hours.
And can you give me the dimensions of those ballasts? Are they smaller than the morimoto ballasts?

Should NOT take you 2-3 hours. It took me about 30 minutes even with me being a perfectionist. Good luck.
i had install my blue hid lights but why is my hi beam bright white and not blue????
