As always, a fun adventure to watch. Uhg the rain, reminds me of Boy Scouts, rained every trip. That’s a good early season hike. Hope you’re enjoying the sun this weekend. Thanks again!
Hello! Just found your videos and just started getting back into trout fishing after moving from Colorado to Oregon. I’m not sure if you get asked this but I would love to see what tackle you use where in your videos! Good stuff, new favorite fishing channel!
Thanks for joining along! If you dig through some of my old videos, I have videos on my top 5 spinners and top 5 spoons. Also I recently put out videos on my favorite rod and reel and a video on my favorite fishing tool. Here's a link to my backcountry fishing tackle: ua-cam.com/video/3RsibyJZqUc/v-deo.html Thanks again!
Thanks for the reminder of so many years of wet PNW spring camps, but great memories being made through Type 2 fun! I love the blowtorch idea, but I suppose my Pocket Rocket would have similar effect at starting up a fire.
If ya wanna backpack in spring around here ya definitely gotta be willing to get wet. I have used my jetboil/camp stove as a torch to start a fire many times. It works great! Basically the same idea.. this one is dedicated fun 😃
Its always great having a good friend to go out and enjoy the outdoors.
Sure is. I'm usually solo!
So much to love about this video. You’re back adventuring, Colman’s beautiful face, but mostly THAT👏FLIPPING👏BLOWTORCH👏

The rain definitely adds an element of adventure. I'm at work all weekend 😭 Thanks for watchin!
It was Coleman’s “Greg Ovens” casting style that made the difference 😂
I thought I might be the only person who noticed thqt exact thing!!! Haha
Coleman is the best fisherman on UA-cam
Finally some recognition for my fishing prowess! I am the supreme Master Baiter!
Fake news far right propaganda!
Yay fishing's back! That was a pretty big dolly bull varden trout. The trail cam for things-that-go-bump-in-the-night is a cool idea too
Fishing is back! Some good size trout in that lake. Not sure I really wanna see what the trail cam might capture haha

Any more spooky outdoors experiences?
I've had a few rather odd experiences in the mountains. Deer outside my tent scratching around at 3am trying to pick my pee gets me every time!
I have yet to catch a dolly.
Keep on keepin on! It'll happen eventually haha
Thats a big lake. You doing any turkey hunting this year?
It is a big lake! No turkey hunting for me this spring sadly. Hopefully get after it next spring!
So no more rubbing two sticks together with some tree sap? 🤦🏻♀️
I'm pretty sure that torch is ancient Indian artifact!
