thank you so much!
You bet!🤙
I started doing this exercise last week, every other day, and I can see that I am improving. Thank you for reminding us that at this stage we should for us in the form and technique. I am tripping much less. 😁
Awesome! Keep crushing it🤜🤙
Fun music! 🎉
what type of mat do you recommend jumping on? can’t wait to get started!
The one I have in this video is by Elite Jumps which I have linked in the description with discount. They have two sizes to choose from. They are great mats!👍
Is 5 mins enough for losing weight? And can this be done in the evening? The hard part is getting into the rhythm of doing it atleast 5 days a week. I do it for 15mins once a week and i feel so drained the next day that I do it only after a week again.
5 minutes is a good starting point. You want to work up to 15 or more. Either repeat this one or add others from my Take 5 Series.
Workout at the time that works best for you and shoot for 3-5 times a week👍.
@@Jump15official I think I went in full steam looking to do 15 mins for 5 days and was blown out within 2 days. I will start with 5min and build more gradually. Will check out your take 5 series. Thanks for the tip Kyle!
If i don't jump every week my cavs get so sore
It's like any other muscle group. Build up to working them often and for the most part they won't get sore anymore.
How often do you jump?
And post jump rope stretching is a must!
