- In this jump rope workout I'm using the 1.5 lb Muay Thai 3.0 jump rope. We are doing 30 seconds jumping followed by 10 seconds rest. Lets get it!

I’m a beginner brother, I’m ok with normal bouncing but I can not add any foot works to normal bouncing , I can do it with out rope but as soon as I add the rope everything collapses, any tips?

Getting it to click with the rope is repetition. I have had footwork and skills that feel really hard and then suddenly something clicks and it just makes sense.
