@@freshmilledmama also, how in the world did you transfer the bagels without destroying them?? I can't pick them up with my hands or it will leave a bunch of major indentations.
I do 500 grams of fresh milled durum wheat and for the liquid 2 eggs and top the rest off with water to equal 190 grams. That's enough for our family of 4.
I made these today and they were awesome. I shared them with my family and friends and they loved them. Thx for your recipe 😊
So glad you guys enjoyed them!

@@theswampstead559 it just helps give the chewy outside texture and browns them a little when baking.
@@theswampstead559 transfer them at what point? From table to boiling water or boiling water to pan?
Thanks for sharing my friend

Just found you. Looks like great bagels.

Those are beautiful ❤
Thank you! ❤️
Can you make blueberry bagels using your basic recipe
I haven't. If you were to try, I'd use dehydrated/dried blueberries since they'll throw the moisture level off.
look's good 👍👍👍😁
Thank you!!
Yes! another great looking recipe. I will give these a try for sure. Thanks for the effort
Awesome! Hope you enjoy!
They look fantastic! I love bagels but haven't tried with fresh milled flour yet
