Driving with 3 wheels is borderline impossible, let alone flooring it over 200 KPH against some turns like maggots n beckkets. Not only he can perfectly control his car but he managed to win by not rushing it and spending his 30 s gap between him and Max for him to have just enough time to finish without swirling his car out of track. This is why he is the 7 times champs.

That was a massive kick in the teeth for the other teams. Three wheels on his waggon and he still won.
It would be like winning a football match when you're 3-0 up in the 89th minute and you have a man sent off.

@@dred_dreamr I think it's sort of unfair to hold Max accountable for saying Lucky Lucky Boy. Obviously he knows that Lewis is a skilled driver they've been fighting for a title all season. He's just saying he's lucky out of frustration right at the end of a race. Havn't you ever lost a game by a close margin thinking you had a chance in the end only to lose anyways? It feels like bad luck in the moment but you know it isn't.

Why did they all think they could catch him, because they knew how difficult it is to drive on 3 wheels, they knew it was almost impossible but due to the skills, abilities and exceptional talent LH has, he was able to not just bring it home, but to win the race, what a great driver, I so glad I witnessed him in my era.

His personality, decision making, postive attitude, positive thinking, performs well under pressure and lives his life according to his desires and happiness. I support him anywhere in anything that he does because of the person that he is, not because of where he stands on the grid. I do believe that Vettel is also an extraordinary driver and deserves the respect too. In terms of Verstappen, I feel that he is growing up and becoming more responsible behind the wheel. He came into F1 driving too aggressive, which can take lives. Now he is learning how to be competitive without being risky. No life is worth a win. And his demeanor has changed into a calmer person. So he will be the next champion and nobody will be able to take him on.
Your statement of Hamilton having the better car doesn't hold water for me. I don't like that excuse. When you pull up to me at the traffic light, I don't expect excuses when you loose. If your car isn't ready then don't pull up to the line, it's that simple. Take the loss, make the adjustments and come back to try again. So if any racing team's car isn't ready, don't pull up on the grid.

Hamilton is a good driver no doubt, but he wouldn’t be half as successful if he didn’t have the best car on the grid, by far the Mercedes is vastly superior machine that could make even a mediocre driver competitive, so it makes a good driver a champ year after year.

There’s so much that’s in control of both the driver and the car company when it comes to car performance and most especially in this case.
