There’s a similar story with Nico Hulkenberg. In monza 2019, when Lewis was attacking Charles and Charles pushed him off the track at the chicane, Nico was close behind, idk if he was lapped or if he was 3rd, but he went off at the chicane as well because he must’ve been watching the two go at it and ran off at the chicane

"Pannenkoek" can also be used on its own as an insult, meaning "Idiot". Or it can mean that someone doesn't have a lot of curves or is "thin". Just like the dutch pancakes are flat.

@@user-ww9pd2rz4e Have you even tuned in to F1 over the last year?.. Damn-near every single race had like 3-4 MAJOR talking points and another 3-4 crazy good battles throughout (often 3-way battles)... Everyone thought the French GP would be boring- it was one of the most mysterious races of the season as literally all the front runners had completely different pit strategies and even Crofty praised how he had zero idea who was going to win it- well passed the midway point.. The Spanish GP is up there for being one of the worst tracks to follow cars in, so what happens? Totally different pit strategies occurred and it was seemingly anyone's race for the majority of it. Everyone thought the Russian GP would be boring, it wasn't because much of the closing stages of the race had suspense between Norris and Hamilton winning it alongside Verstappen having to claw through the field. Even for the start of the Russian GP that almost always gave boring racing, it was a Ferrari-McLaren-Williams start and most of the race had a nice chase between Ferrari and McLaren as they sailed off into the distance together. The Hungarian GP by far resembles Monaco the most from any other track and so people thought there'd be no overtaking, yet there were tons of battles and epic overtaking/defensive maneuvers being made. Granted Monaco never provides excitement like the other tracks- but even Monaco was crazy with Hamilton starting in P7 I believe and wondering if he'd make it back to the lead on top of Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris yet again at the front and wondering how that would pan out at the race start. There was even drama with pit strategies as many cars (including Hamilton) had to completely change their pit strategy as coming out would leave them out in traffic. Of all the people, what were the chances that Verstappen, the leader, would crash with like 6 laps to go at Azerbaijan- to then be taken a step further with Hamilton taking himself out of the race right after? I was pinching myself! Even the shock win of Ocon and even moreso, the 1-2 McLaren finish which hasn't happened since 2010; with 2012 being McLaren's prior last win. All the collisions between the 2 title-contenders. Nearly 1/3 of the field had won a race and 65% stood on the podium.
All that is just only a portion of all the memorable moments in '21.. Some of the more specific battles off the top of my head are:
-Norris vs. Ricciardo vs. Sainz vs. Leclerc in United States
-Alonso vs. Hamilton in Hungary
-Gasly vs. Leclerc vs. Norris battle in Azerbaijan
-Alonso vs. Vettel vs. Sainz battle in Bahrain
-Hamilton vs. Perez in Abu Dhabi was just top notch eye-candy; their battle in Turkey was an absolute stunner too
-Hamilton vs. Verstappen epic battles in Bahrain, Silverstone, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi
-Norris vs. Sainz and Hamilton vs. Norris both in the British GP, Perez vs. Bottas was another good one in that race too
These listed were off the top of my head, but there were many great battles and much of them didn't make it to the TV coverage unless it was in the top 5 or so unless something really crazy (usually bad) happens in the battle and a replay gets shown.
*NOBODY'S GONNA TALK ABOUT CHARLES LITERALLY HAVE A DEEPER VOICE THAN HE IS NOW?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!*

i don’t think it’d be as bad as lewis/nico though, because nico and lewis were literally best friends, hung out 24/7, probably you’d actually call them brothers. and then the battle to be number 1 broke them so bad that they no longer even think of each other. the difference with max and charles is that they’re friendly of course, but they aren’t basically each other’s brother. but if they were at ferrari together, ferrari would end up turning them against each other somehow, or they’d try their best. because ferrari is a toxic working environment, they tried to turn charles and seb against each other 😭
