I was vegan/veg for about 20 years. Got diabetes, very advanced insulin resistance with A1C of 10.4 and fasting insulin of 19.8! basically significant advanced metabolic syndrome: HTN, arthritis, sleep disturbance/snoring and gained 100lbs. and was diagnosed with Leukemia. Went #Carnivore and then #liondiet in April 2023. 15 months later my overall health is 1000% improved. Diabetes and metabolic syndrome gone. Leukemia mutation load reversed and now non detectable. Arthritis gone, snoring/sleep apnea gone. Insulin resistance down by 50%.

I have been eating an animal based ketogenic diet for over two years, and I haven't been ill and haven't even had a cold or flu for over two years. I did lose 30 lbs and gain a lot of energy. Besides that I believe that a diet study that only lasts two weeks per diet is way too short and basically useless.

One of your videos convinced me to try allulose. What a disaster. Had huge depression. Not one to suffer of it normally. Last time I had it was when I had Covid.

It is best to stay away from all sweeteners.

I wonder about the benefits of a keto-vegan diet where protein is found in soy, nuts, pea protein, etc. The usual non-starchy vegetables along with hemp seed, flax, chia, etc.

Read Dr Natasha Campbell's book titled Vegetarianism Explained. She explains the difference between animal proteins/fats and plant proteins/fats and how they are utilized by the body

Pkants are loaded with various toxins and anti- nutrients. Nutrients in plants are less absorbable, usable, and often not complete, or inadequate.
Plant base diets are also lacking necessary nutrients andcmicronutrients.

Too much sales talk at start. Please work it in the middle of your video instead at start, more like Dr Huberman
