Rick, this is awesome. I'm a first year recreation wrestling coach in New Jersey, and it's been over 30 years since I wrestled in High School. These videos are great and super helpful for me to teach my kids the fundamentals of wrestling, and the things they will need to learn and build their skills. It's hard to find really good videos on coaching wrestling to young kids. Too many of them focus on advanced skills and flashy MMA style stuff. I haven't found many that focus on fundamental skills. And of the ones I've found, this is hands down the best. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome stuff. I like his teaching methods. Some coaches it's easy to lose focus whenever they're talking. This guy gets my attention.
