Thanks for vid, as always its very well explained. I practice bjj as I told you in other vid but I am very weak at takedowns, maybe not week but very limited, its not my strong side and I have to work on that.

Well then you're already better than the average bjj'er as most somehow think their adversary will either take them down or pull guard. Not in MMA or the streets! A takedown is the 1st move in bjj but somehow they all forget that. Take a couple moves and grab partners to start rolls standing with on days where there's room. And wrestlers been wrestling with little room for centuries lol so don't accept the bjj excuse there's no room so it's not safe. Just Be safe and aware of your surroundings. Use control when dropping partners. Good luck.

hello Coach, can you please talk about the issue of permanent back injuries? How does it come that so many big wrestlers and Judoka etc. get serious damage to their spine/nerves etc. and need back surgery. Most of them are build very strong and muscular, so i dont understand which movements are getting them so fucked up in the end. People like Don Frye, Bas Rutten and many more, its almost like they carry disability now. greetings

If you're concerned supplemental exercises like deadlifts and squats will strengthen your back. But during training you also need to maintain good posture not only for position but minimize unnecessary strain on your lower back which often gets hurt.
