- Let us go in depth into the history and legendary status of the Ultramarines, a chapter of Space Marines known for their discipline and martial prowess. The Ultramarines, originating from the 13th Legion, could very well be the epitome of military order, with their adherence to the Codex Astartes, a set of tactical doctrines, being second to none.
With a genetic lineage so pure that many other Space Marine chapters trace their origins back to them.
We also cover the rise of Guilliman on Macragge, from his discovery as an infant to his ascension as a ruler who reshaped the planet into a paragon of order and military might. His command of the Ultramarines led to the expansion of the Realm of Ultramar, a vast and prosperous domain within the Imperium. Guilliman's vision for his legion extended beyond warfare, aiming to create a self-sustaining empire that embodied the Emperor's will.
Key battles highlighted include the Osiris Cluster Rebellion, the Shadow Crusade against the Word Bearers and World Eaters, and the defense of Ultramar during the Horus Heresy. Guilliman's leadership is marked by his strategic brilliance and an unyielding commitment to duty, guiding his legion through the darkest periods of the Imperium's history.
At 43:55 there is a minor glitch in the audio, but should not be too disturbing.
