- The infamous World Eaters, a legion originally hailed as the War Hounds, under the XIIth Legion of the Emperor's Space Marines. Initially, a symbol of pride and loyalty, the World Eaters succumb to the malevolent energies of Chaos, specifically aligning themselves with Khorne, the Chaos God of war and bloodshed.
The legion's descent into chaos is traced back to their Primarch Angron, who was one of the first to join the traitor Horus during the seminal events of the Horus Heresy. Angron’s own brutal nature and tragic past heavily influence the legion, emphasizing brutality over finesse in their combat tactics.
We explore the legion's brutal campaigns across the galaxy, where they leave behind only death and destruction, demonstrating their role as one of the most feared assault troops.
The climax of their fall comes during the Horus Heresy, where they play a pivotal role.

Imo World Eaters and Death Guard both served as a good enough reason to try overthrowing the Emperor, if you butcher entire planets (and sometimes their environments too) you aren't really "saving" the species from xenos, are ya?
Considering the other options and the genuinely horrifying things other species can do to our species, I consider any and all human lives lost in persuit of TXD(total Xeno death) to be a worthwhile cost of operation.

A Lemon Russ is a cocktail made with similar ingredients to Fenrisian Ale and a Lemon Drop. They go down easy on a Fenrisian Summer evening. (Summer on Fenris is all exploding volcanos and lava flows.)
Why the negativity towards somebody making an effort to put out great content for us to watch ? SO WHAT if the AI mispronounces a name. I cannot understand this mentality.
I love how the AI race also takes place in Warhammer lore. Cant wait to see how Runway or even Sora changes the narration if the pictures turn in full video. Who makes it there first?

If you think about it, being raised as a gladiator and being forced to fight to the death against other gladiators as well as xenos species and monsters isn't really training for leading an army. And Angron's Sparticus rebellion wasn't exactly warfare either, they wanted to cause massive destruction to the ruling class before being killed by them eventually. They were pitbulls raised for dogfighting, it's not tactical warfare.
The Emperor should have cloned Angrons body, and then killed him and put his soul into the new body. He was totally broken. Even Curze wasn't as screwed up as Angron. Angron was supposed to be the Primarch that embodied the Emperor's enpathy and compassion, but they cut that part of his brain out when they installed the Butcher's Nails. The Emperor couldnt afford to waste any primarch because of the warp shenanigans he used to make them, but it would be worth the risk to remake Angron in order to get a new, undamaged version.
That's the whole point
Angron, as an aspect of the Emperor WAS supposed to be the embodiment of his companion and empathy
And through the what became of him you can see what would happen if the big E never had those characteristics

We haven't even reached the Dark Age of Technology, we have a few thousand years to go. Also, current "A.I." isn't sentient and doesn't want to wipe out all life in the galaxy......yet.
Speaking of the Dark Age of Technology, we don't know whether AI went to war with life because it was Chaos corrupted, or if it wanted to wipe out life in order to starve Chaos. I think it's the later. I wonder if men of iron would get along with the Necrons. They aren't alive, but they aren't abominable intelligence, either. I guess it depends on if men of iron were touched by Chaos or hated Chaos.
