Yes, it’s nice to hear the boys names & that the DA isn’t going to refer to them by the names their killers gave to them. Thankfully the family was also truthful and so many people were claiming the parents were lying or covering up & hearing that this didn’t happen makes me know they were wrongly accused as well. Casualties in their sons & daughter n laws lies and murder of 2 innocent children.

Death by firing squad should be the punishment in America for any child who is hurt or murdered. Anything less displays that children do not have meaning, and it's okay for taxpayers to foot the prisoner's incarceration, which is ludicrous.

That just makes my blood boil. The children will never have peace because the DA did not do the job in its entirety. Both children were murdered. They deserve to be in prison for both deaths. This is outrageous. I feel awful for Ryan Dean. And for the West children.
It’s very difficult to prosecute no body cases. Also there’s really no direct evidence that they were killed (yes we know they killed the boys) but it’s not how criminal Justice system works. It’s what can be proved BEYOND a reasonable doubt. In this case, the could only rely on circumstantial evidence. RIP Cincere & Classic !!!!

I want to know how you get convicted of murder. And your kids are just missing. There's no evidence to say that they was killed. I would hate to be a mother in the United States right now, and there are several people locked up for stuff. They did not do, do you all know, just alone? In OH 20000 people went missing last year. Look how many people are missing in Colorado right now? And we are only in September, so California is a lot bigger. Just imagine your child going missing. And you be in charge for murder. Maybe neglect, but murder.

When there is no evidence, a child's testimony could be a lie, but when they get older, and if they realize that they told a lie, that's keeping their parents incarcerated. They will tell it and then parents will get a new trial. So I'm waiting on the kids to come after their parents. To say they didn't murder their brothers. That's the only reason they did not take this back to trial because she said it most of the evidence. The kids had to tell it, so imagine them getting older. And saying my mom and daddy didn't kill them, boys. I'm waiting for and I'm telling you that day is coming. They had 6 kids, too's missing so that leads 4 kids. One of the 4 is gonna come forward.

A few days ago, I was thinking about these children, and I was wondering if anything had come to finding out what occurred and now I see that yes they put those people in jail but the sad part is they have not told anybody where they put the bodies. Oh my God, give me five minutes with each one of them and I’ll pry it out of them. How dare they not tell the people the police officers where the bodies of those little babies are Solomons law should be active and in working condition in our society.

That's why I took my grand babies out of the system they do not investigate these ppl good enough I had to go threw extensive background check I went threw a lot but when I asked a foster mom she said oh they don't do that to me and if I don't want them in my house I tell child protective service to stay on the porch and sometimes they would not visit the home for months at a time this happens to often they DC about innocent kids they place them wherever esp kids of color it's so sad

The sentencing is too short, it should be 50 to life and every person in prison needs to see a therapist/psychiatrist and try to work on them so they reenter society as better ppl if they get out.

Their sentences are not long enough - They should never have been allowed to adopt those babies - IDK why children who are witnesses arent questioned via zoom in a remote location from the courtroom so it is less stressful on them especially where they are testifying against carers or parents IMO
There was another lady who said that their children were placed temporarily in this couple's homes and that her 2 children have disappeared. Where are those 2 little boys?
Those 2 boys were the other adopted children of Trezell and Jacqueline. They are in foster care with the other biological kids.

I know. It seems like the younger the victim is the less time is given. In my eyes people that hurt babies and children should be given the maximum possible. 14 years for killing a baby but life for killing an adult it doesn't make sense.
