I’m so sick of the adoptive parents. Additionally, the boys should be referred to as the Pettus boys. Adoptive parents don’t deserve to refer to them as “their babies”. This is beyond sickening.
I found it disturbing they changed their names to begin with!! These children already had names and were well aware of what those names were. I cant imagine how hard of a transition that would have been for those boys.....

Its like these parents NEVER had the best intention for these boys and that's sad to say but their actions are speaking louder than their words. Also did you notice that an artist drew sketches of the boys and this family life them outside. Naturally they got ruined in the weather, but I feel that any parent whose child is missing and that parent actually cares and wants their child back, they would have TREASURED those drawings.
I’ve been following this case since day 1. I have literally checked for updates every month.This is just unreal😢. How can two small children disappear into thin air? Absolutely shameful! There are no updated pics because the boys were dead before they reported them missing. The older kids know what the truth is. I pray that these boys are not missing for another year. We haven’t even seen the evil liars Jacqueline and Trezell since their initial interview.

Crazy to think that none of the neighbors ever saw them. My thoughts are the children never made it to the house after the move. It breaks my heart to see nothing has come to bring these beautiful babies home.
I have always thought the same thing...They reported them missing when they felt like it..I don't believe their story..MOST PPL would be all over the news...They are hiding bc they are guilty...They should be crying, screaming, begging, and pleading for them. When was the last doctors visit? Daycare? School? Anything? Besides the wests and their family, who can confirm that they saw them? Are there any pictures or videos to confirm?
Amen i lost my son in April last year and he was murdered its been hard i then contracted covid and started having seizures epilepsy and I still struggle today

Thosr boys NEVER LEFT BAKERSFIELD. the dogs got the scent of the children thru clothes but the dogs lost the scent as soon as K9 police began exiting the house. HIGHLY SUSPECT. MR WEST IS THE #1 suspect cus small children dont disappear. Theres always some evidence of interruption especially in desert type dirt surrounding the property.
Why does so many neighbors say they NEVER saw the 2 boys. Ring video shows 4 kids loading up going to grandma's house but NOT the 2 Missing boys. They weren't at home alone. It's weird kids go to grandma's and 2 other ones go Missing. I think this was planned to cover up stuff. Even their realtor friend says they had 4 kids. The Foster parents aren't helping. It says a lot. PRAYING !!!!
I hope the babies are found alive! Also, Summer Wells and any other missing children to be returned home safe. With the West case, the adoptive parents saw this as a job opportunity and when giving the media interview don't seem to humanise the boys. They are just showing they were very negligent in so many ways and these boys did not seem to have gotten the parental love they deserved.
Mr. West felt a NEED TO MOVE TO A DESERT COMMUNITY AFTER ADOPTING THE BOYS. Why? Gathering would is the perfect opp to take small children with you. WHY WERE THEY LEFT ALONE? Theres no fingerprints no footprints of the children inside or outside the residence. WHY? Mr West is highly suspect and should have been questioned further. Children are trafficked through illegal adoption organizations every day, all over the world. I would never hope for a child to be hurt, much less for a child to be a victim of a sex crime. Human trafficking isn’t legally synonymous with sex trafficking. When human trafficking and sexual abuse, sexual assault, etc., are a concomitant act, it is called sex trafficking. Human trafficking is the illegal sell/trade of another human. I would much rather find out that those sweet toddlers were with someone who treats them like the irreplaceable, precious gifts they are instead of hearing they were abused or murdered. Whether they were sold through an illegal adoption or someone ended their innocent, little lives the person(s) responsible will pay the consequences.🙏
I would hope that authorities have interviewed other residents from the apartment building the Wests moved out of in Bakersfield. Not just the other residents but also the manager and maintenance personnel to get the gist of how the Wests lived. I sure hope they do a thorough job of looking into the backgrounds of those two. Some say Orrin and Orson never really made it to Cal City. Some people say the other 4 kids were there, and others say they never saw any kids on that property at all. If the boy's biological mother was working to get her boys back, why did CPS adopt them out? Foster, I could see, but to let some one else adopt them that fast... that seems odd to me. Also I don't hold CPS in high regard at all. They do far more damage than good. They screw up all the time, and they sure screwed up giving those 2 boys to the Wests. CPS should also be deeply investigated by an outside agency.

They had shoppg bags going intonthe house but no kids. They said 4 children went to grannies. Did the lil two babies stay home by themselves? Hell naww! Neighbors never seen kids nor a dog at that residence.ARREST THESE CLOWNS. Trevell was starting to crack before the 13mins of interviewing was done. Imagine a full interrogation by the best.💯
They wasn't given the opportunity, huge cover up going on with this case. The police officer who took the children has an ongoing relationship with the wests. It's been proven that he has a history of taking children and helping these so called adopted parents loose children.... Factual crime has a video regarding this case . Watch it if you get a chance. Maybe they weren’t financially stable or didn’t have room. We were almost placed in foster care because our family didn’t want to help us. My Gma stepped in and got us.

😔 I've been wondering about this case and it's so sad to hear the outcome. I knew from the beginning that it had to be the step/ foster parents. Even from their interview they seemed to have no feeling or emotions. Like they just didn't care. How they could just disappear from that area was strange. The story just didn't add up. I hope they get what they deserve and get life !! Why they took their innocent little souls makes me sick . Poor little boys .🥺😥
And for all those people screaming to just arrest the adoptive parents...if you arrest them you will need to charge them. They will have the right to a speedy trial and if they are not proven to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt, double jeopardy is attached. Law enforcement doesn't have a body (no autopsy), haven't even established yet since when these little boys were actually missing, and obviously didn't find a bloody crime scene at the house in Cal City. They don't have the answer to where, when, and how...something any jury would like to know. How much would you guys scream if they weren't convicted and walked free never to be held accountable for their crime? We all remember Casey Anthony, no?

Apparently, they have direct as well as circumstantial evidence to now go forward with a trial. Personally, I think the other 4 children being taken out of the home and maybe feeling safe enough now to talk about Orrin and Orson had something to do with establishing since when these boys were actually missing. They may have also started talking about what went on in the house prior to their murder?

Yes, as a single mother I can attest to the fact that it is hard to raise children by yourself, but the biological mother didn't get her children taken away because there is no man in the house... She also didn't remedy her situation to get them back, instead she (and the biological father) signed off on the adoption. Those poor boys went from bad circumstances to even worse ones in their short life 😢
What? You are now blaming the father for not having the boys. Do you know anything about social services? If the father didnt have adequare accommodation/finances they would not give him the boys. Also....CPS are known to quickly take black kids into the system and give them to white people to foster or adopt, without involving family members...especially under 5's.

Whether she was black, white, or purple, she got her children taken away because she neglected and abused her them, didn't bother getting her life back on track to regain custody of them, signed off on their adoption, and is only now coming forward to say she wants them back (when the cameras are rolling). I think the reason these boys haven't been found is because whatever happened took place long before they were ever reported missing. Obviously, law enforcement, volunteers, and the public at large are looking for "recently missing" children in the Cal City area. If something happen to them six months or a year prior, witnesses around their home in Bakersfield that may have seen something may no longer remember "an odd/suspicious incident" and CCTV footage from their old neighborhood will long have been overwritten. And if they found remains around that time there wouldn't have even been a missing children's report to match them to. The longer it takes for a crime to be discovered, the more difficult it becomes to find evidence. The police is asking anyone that has seen the boys (in any context) within the year prior to them being reported missing to come forward, which leads me to believe they actually haven't found ANYONE (other than the adoptive parents) that has seen these kids since Thanksgiving of 2019.

However, most of the time when you sign adoption papers you no longer have rights or access to the children you gave up for adoption (unless it is an open adoption?) Also..."shunted"? As a mother I can tell you there is nothing anyone can say to me to convince me to sign over my kids. Furthermore, it takes months and many court hearings to finalize an adoption. This was not a spur-of-the-moment transaction with one piece of paper to sign on the bottom.

Those boys did not go missing in Cal city they have been gone since before they moved to their new area. If this were to little privileged boys they would have already uncovered that the adoptive devils did it or at least found a heavy lead. I am so done with this!!!!!!

Mum was at work,accident happened ,whilst she was at work. She returned ,took the boy into hospital police officer ,took the kids quicker then you can say boo!! He has covered all his tracks and he has an ongoing relationship with the adopted parents, who managed to get state help ?!! Huge cover up where these children are concerned. Unfortunately two readings later both children are no longer with us. Birth mum was trying to get her boys back. Ask yourself this,why the elder children was left with her but not the youngest two???? Had she been a danger to her children ALL would of been taken. Birth mum knows in her heart that the adoption was wrong from the get go ... Feel sorry for her. 🙂🙏🏽
@@tammylawrence7244 they didnt,all family members tried to get the kids back,they where all told to do this do that,social worker also involved as social worker stopped taking all calls so the kids could be adopted,sold etc without them knowing. After all was done,family members had no chance thanks to this social worker who did nothing but bend rules .. ....

@@valeriegabriel4456 the cops didn't subpoena records for the phones. Anyone can delete messages and incoming or outgoing calls that will only show up if a subpoena is requested. Other than that it's like me looking at your phone

The West boys belong to all of us in a way. It’s our responsibility as people who can advocate for these precious babies, to do just that. We can’t let these boys loose this fight. I don’t see their precious faces as often as I did a few months ago and that absolutely kills me.. These precious babies have to be found. We can’t take certain people’s silence, as an answer. Every single time I watch the interview of the adoptive/foster parents it's off. He has his arms tucked to accentuate his biceps. She continues to rock back and forth looking around and stumbling over words. No comfort to each other. He enjoyed having a mask on .
I’m sorry but I just have to say, if it gets to the point where your children have been legally adopted by strangers and their names changed, your parental rights have been severed by a court of law. You cannot be “working to get them back.” This takes months and months, if not years and multiple court hearings before your kids can be adopted. Not saying anything about the biological family’s grief and pain in this situation but it’s always incredibly frustrating when a tragedy happens and all of a sudden people crawl out of the woodwork with the “we tried to protect the kids” stuff.
Absolutely. The kids were removed from the home for a reason, once the biological parents sign off on the adoption they lose the right to their children. Most of the time the kids are better off with the family that adopts and treasures them. Unfortunately, in this case (due to California changing the rules and paying adoptive parents now for what should be done out of love and not for money) the motive for Jacqueline and Trezell to adopt children was financial. He made about $10,000 a year "working" (that's not even a part-time job) and they got most of their income from adopting and fostering children. I don't believe they cared for those boys at any point and describing them as "rambunctious" makes me think that as the boys grew into toddlerhood and became vocal and active, it was simply too much work and they got rid of them (long before they reported them missing).

They’re the first ones to start a fricken gofundme but I can bet those same “family members” to the boys never went through the process to become foster parents, never showed up to the plethora of court dates, most likely never stepped up when the boys were still with the biological mother and father, etc etc. I do still hold out hope that these “parents for profit” are held accountable though. I believe it’s only a matter of time before one of them rolls over on the other one. Court can be just as crooked as any other system.. Question everything. People are often coerced into signing over property, pets, or kids vs facing serious prison time.. not everyone has a half a million dollars to afford a legal team- which it would take to fight the government.
Unbelievable there’s no law to hold the caregivers of a child that disappears accountable I mean cmon if your responsible for a child and they go missing on your watch there’s fowl play afoot children don’t just disappear into thin air.
Since I found out about this case I also always wondered why the adoptive family didn’t have any recent pictures no family pictures of them no just regular pictures it was their old pictures from the biological family which is very odd to me

These two babies had blood family so why didn’t any of them get them instead of letting them be adopted? There are too many babies & children who do have biological families but none of them want to take them in. Long ago, families took care of each other & other children. I just don’t understand. The mother was crying but I saw no tears. These two that adopted these two babies, pretty sure they did something to them. Families need to start stepping up , especially parents! This has been happening way too much & it needs to stop please!!
Don’t understand how the hell none of the biological family couldn’t adopt them, They were all there searching for them they acted like they cared then. I guess when it comes to actually taking care of them and making sure they are not murdered by two sick people was to much. Trezell barrowed money from the social worker, and was close to her. That women and the ppl who supported the adoption have to know something. As well as the false report thats proven with the neighbors footage , the parents cooperating isn't enough considering they started out with so many lies. @@MidWestLife2022 It was the loan officer (associated with the purchase of the house) that loaned him the $5000. I find it odd too, however, maybe she did it so the sale would go through and everyone is getting their commission? According to Venmo records he did pay her $3000 back so far.
I really hope ppl don’t judge the parents, the real parents. Believe me cps is disgusting they keep thriving on the amount of kids they remove and are in their system every yr, even after a child is adoptive the child is still considered under their care if they’re the ones paying that monthly adoptive check for each kid. My kids were removed for the first time in 1998 it took two yrs to get them back, they removed them again after I stabbed the guy they said raped my daughter (lie, it was my daughters brothers from her father, ) but cps said I was a danger to my kids even though they weren’t around when I did that, my gf ended up getting them and I signed my rights over, cps had told her they didn’t care what programs I did they were never returning them. They had me doing anger management, parenting classes, etc, see what they do to the biological parents just to keep kids in their system, my kids til this day are angry at them, they can’t understand why they were removed. But the one good thing is I never once was out of their life I lived with my gf secretly, and even after we broke up I had my kids over at my house and did things with them, my youngest lives me now, my ex passed away on Xmas day 2020 from Covid, my older kids bring my grandkids over to me, so like I said don’t always be so quick to judge. The system needs to change.
Why wasn't the boys given to family, it's a shame that they are gone. If they didn't want them then don't adopt them, let the biological family have them.
I believe those two boys never even moved in that home. They need to search there last residence before they move to the desert place. Something went wrong before they moved to that location. Maybe they even gave them away in human trafficking or something else.

I’ve been following this case since day 1. I have literally checked for updates every month.This is just unreal😢. How can two small children disappear into thin air? Absolutely shameful! There are no updated pics because the boys were dead before they reported them missing. The older kids know what the truth is. I pray that these boys are not missing for another year. I would hope that authorities have interviewed other residents from the apartment building the Wests moved out of in Bakersfield. Not just the other residents but also the manager and maintenance personnel to get the gist of how the Wests lived. I sure hope they do a thorough job of looking into the backgrounds of those two.
Some say Orrin and Orson never really made it to Cal City. Some people say the other 4 kids were there, and others say they never saw any kids on that property at all.
If the boy's biological mother was working to get her boys back, why did CPS adopt them out? Foster, I could see, but to let some one else adopt them that fast... that seems odd to me. Also I don't hold CPS in high regard at all. They do far more damage than good. They screw up all the time, and they sure screwed up giving those 2 boys to the Wests. CPS should also be deeply investigated by an outside agency.

😔 I've been wondering about this case and it's so sad to hear the outcome. I knew from the beginning that it had to be the step/ foster parents. Even from their interview they seemed to have no feeling or emotions. Like they just didn't care. How they could just disappear from that area was strange. The story just didn't add up. This is unreal, no sign of these babies; children don't just vanish like this without somebody taking them or heaven forbid harm has come to them.
And for all those people screaming to just arrest the adoptive parents...if you arrest them you will need to charge them. They will have the right to a speedy trial and if they are not proven to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt, double jeopardy is attached.
Law enforcement doesn't have a body (no autopsy), haven't even established yet since when these little boys were actually missing, and obviously didn't find a bloody crime scene at the house in Cal City. They don't have the answer to where, when, and how...something any jury would like to know.

Whether she was black, white, or purple, she got her children taken away because she neglected and abused her them, didn't bother getting her life back on track to regain custody of them, signed off on their adoption, and is only now coming forward to say she wants them back (when the cameras are rolling).

I think the reason these boys haven't been found is because whatever happened took place long before they were ever reported missing. Obviously, law enforcement, volunteers, and the public at large are looking for "recently missing" children in the Cal City area.
If something happen to them six months or a year prior, witnesses around their home in Bakersfield that may have seen something may no longer remember "an odd/suspicious incident" and CCTV footage from their old neighborhood will long have been overwritten.
And if they found remains around that time there wouldn't have even been a missing children's report to match them to.
The longer it takes for a crime to be discovered, the more difficult it becomes to find evidence.
The police is asking anyone that has seen the boys (in any context) within the year prior to them being reported missing to come forward, which leads me to believe they actually haven't found ANYONE (other than the adoptive parents) that has seen these kids since Thanksgiving of 2019.
Were the birth parents not having access visits...or just shunted into adoptions...
@@ZootZinBootZ I'm not sure what this has to do with anything I said since I didn't make mention of the biological parents. However, most of the time when you sign adoption papers you no longer have rights or access to the children you gave up for adoption (unless it is an open adoption?)
Also..."shunted"? As a mother I can tell you there is nothing anyone can say to me to convince me to sign over my kids. Furthermore, it takes months and many court hearings to finalize an adoption. This was not a spur-of-the-moment transaction with one piece of paper to sign on the bottom.

The West boys belong to all of us in a way. It’s our responsibility as people who can advocate for these precious babies, to do just that. We can’t let these boys loose this fight. I don’t see their precious faces as often as I did a few months ago and that absolutely kills me.. These precious babies have to be found. We can’t take certain people’s silence, as an answer. We have to keep reminding those people that It’s not even an option. 😢💜🙏

Were they adopted or placed in their care as foster parents? Was Jacqueline wrapping gifts for these babies? Neighbors never saw these boys in that house.

Anyone who has watched the ONE televised interview of the Wests knows what’s up. What’s impossible is understanding how they can still be out and about, not arrested. Do NOT even tell me that wasn’t the sketchiest interview ever given. Sketchy, sketchy, SKETCHY! Where are the Wests now? Do they have their other children back?
Every single time I watch the interview of the adoptive/foster parents it's off. He has his arms tucked to accentuate his biceps. She continues to rock back and forth looking around and stumbling over words. No comfort to each other. He enjoyed having a mask on .

I’m sorry but I just have to say, if it gets to the point where your children have been legally adopted by strangers and their names changed, your parental rights have been severed by a court of law. You cannot be “working to get them back.” This takes months and months, if not years and multiple court hearings before your kids can be adopted. Not saying anything about the biological family’s grief and pain in this situation but it’s always incredibly frustrating when a tragedy happens and all of a sudden people crawl out of the woodwork with the “we tried to protect the kids” stuff.
Absolutely. The kids were removed from the home for a reason, once the biological parents sign off on the adoption they lose the right to their children. Most of the time the kids are better off with the family that adopts and treasures them.
Unfortunately, in this case (due to California changing the rules and paying adoptive parents now for what should be done out of love and not for money) the motive for Jacqueline and Trezell to adopt children was financial. He made about $10,000 a year "working" (that's not even a part-time job) and they got most of their income from adopting and fostering children.
I don't believe they cared for those boys at any point and describing them as "rambunctious" makes me think that as the boys grew into toddlerhood and became vocal and active, it was simply too much work and they got rid of them (long before they reported them missing).
@@chris.18045 I agree! It has just never sat well with me that bio-families always come out of the woodwork when some tragedy like this happens. They’re the first ones to start a fricken gofundme but I can bet those same “family members” to the boys never went through the process to become foster parents, never showed up to the plethora of court dates, most likely never stepped up when the boys were still with the biological mother and father, etc etc.
I do still hold out hope that these “parents for profit” are held accountable though. I believe it’s only a matter of time before one of them rolls over on the other one. If you don’t even have loyalty to these helpless tiny lives that you’re entrusted with, then it’s only a matter of time before you betray an adult that holds the key to your freedom.

People are often coerced into signing over property, pets, or kids vs facing serious prison time.. not everyone has a half a million dollars to afford a legal team- which it would take to fight the government.
It came out that they wasn’t supposed to be adopted in the first place the court made a mistake.
Unbelievable there’s no law to hold the caregivers of a child that disappears accountable I mean cmon if your responsible for a child and they go missing on your watch there’s fowl play afoot children don’t just disappear into thin air.

Since I found out about this case I also always wondered why the adoptive family didn’t have any recent pictures no family pictures of them no just regular pictures it was their old pictures from the biological family which is very odd to me

These two babies had blood family so why didn’t any of them get them instead of letting them be adopted? There are too many babies & children who do have biological families but none of them want to take them in. Long ago, families took care of each other & other children. I just don’t understand. The mother was crying but I saw no tears. These two that adopted these two babies, pretty sure they did something to them. Families need to start stepping up , especially parents! This has been happening way too much & it needs to stop please!!

Don’t understand how the hell none of the biological family couldn’t adopt them, They were all there searching for them they acted like they cared then. I guess when it comes to actually taking care of them and making sure they are not murdered by two sick people was to much. Wouldn’t be surprised if there is money being raised by the biological family.

As well as the false report thats proven with the neighbors footage , the parents cooperating isn't enough considering they started out with so many lies. Footage needs to surface of him always pulling in and out from the back of the complex they previously lived in.

They weren't "holiday shopping" while the boys were outside playing, the adoptive mother was wrapping Christmas gifts, in the house, while the boys were supposedly outside with the father.

I really hope ppl don’t judge the parents, the real parents. Believe me cps is disgusting they keep thriving on the amount of kids they remove and are in their system every yr, even after a child is adoptive the child is still considered under their care if they’re the ones paying that monthly adoptive check for each kid. My kids were removed for the first time in 1998 it took two yrs to get them back, they removed them again after I stabbed the guy they said raped my daughter (lie, it was my daughters brothers from her father, ) but cps said I was a danger to my kids even though they weren’t around when I did that, my gf ended up getting them and I signed my rights over, cps had told her they didn’t care what programs I did they were never returning them. They had me doing anger management, parenting classes, etc, see what they do to the biological parents just to keep kids in their system, my kids til this day are angry at them, they can’t understand why they were removed. But the one good thing is I never once was out of their life I lived with my gf secretly, and even after we broke up I had my kids over at my house and did things with them, my youngest lives me now, my ex passed away on Xmas day 2020 from Covid, my older kids bring my grandkids over to me, so like I said don’t always be so quick to judge. The system needs to change.
Why wasn't the boys given to family, it's a shame that they are gone. If they didn't want them then don't adopt them, let the biological family have them.

I believe those two boys never even moved in that home. They need to search there last residence before they move to the desert place. Something went wrong before they moved to that location. Maybe they even gave them away in human trafficking or something else.
