Nothing wrong with that. He had plenty of space to go before you got to that spot and I don't think you needed to slow down because of him? I sneak into roundabouts all the time even if I see cars coming from left, as long as I can estimate that I can get in and accelerate fast enough so the car that comes from my left doesn't need to slow down. It's good flow of traffic.

Most dashboard cameras have wide angle lens which makes the objects appear further away than they actually are, including the one I use.
BlackVue DR490L-2CH, that I use, has 130º degree angle lens.
The real distance between me and the Audi was between 0.5 to 1 meter. I had slightly touch the break pedal, which is shown on the speed on bottom of the video, going down from ~22 km/h to ~18 km/h. And note that GPS is a bit slow to react to speed changes.
I still haven't done a comparison video or photo set to display the differences between dashboard camera and human vision yet but I am planning on making one. Here is a comparison on ZEISS smart phone camera which Nokia 8 uses compared to the dashboard camera used in this video, ua-cam.com/video/G-_8ZaCPUmc/v-deo.html
You can see some comparisons on dashboard cameras compared to human vision on these two that were published recently, ua-cam.com/video/wWR0mP0Ivi4/v-deo.html & ua-cam.com/video/oxui0Uib0TI/v-deo.html
Anyway, on to the real "problem" that I have with people who do this is that they never intend to yield to anyone who are in the roundabout, close or far away, because they barely have to use the roundabout since they always take the first exit. The worst cut off are always taking the first exit. And you are by law required to yield to other drivers who are inside the roundabout.
So why risk it "only" because you take the very next exit from the roundabout? That's no excuse not to yield.
I don't have problem with people who quickly get out of the way if I would be at the previous exit or further back but if I am already on the island separating previous exit and the offending vehicle then it's already too late to enter right in front of me because as others have mentioned on my previous videos, I drive "too fast" in roundabouts.
That's why this clip made the video, it simply was too close.
