- Tenants facing eviction moves completely out before eviction day. I served this tenant the eviction paperwork for court, she recognized me from this channel. She was very excited to meet me and promised to be moved out before I returned. She made good on the promise.

For the first time on this channel, a tenant followed the rules. The EASIEST eviction ever!😂 That tenant had common sense and left to spare herself the embarrassment instead of playing dumb and trying to be a squatter.
Finally, somebody acknowledged they received the notice and vacated before being evicted out. She left the place clean too. I don't blame her. I wouldn't want to be on your channel either lol.

She might have left it empty but it's not clean, and there was some kind of fire in the kitchen but otherwise I'm sure the men that do the evictions are happy when they see one like this 👍

@@JahGotWingsI purchased about 15 years ago so glad I did 3b 2ba mortgage 755. I feel so bad for folks having to pay todays rental prices. My neighborhood rents for close to 3000 per month.
That's how the mortgage use to be 20 years ago, homes where under 100,000 !!!!

@@kxngdavid If you watch most of the videos on this channel, he doesn’t show the faces of those who’s not there. However, some need to be embarrassed because of the way they destroyed the house. This lady is one of maybe only three evictions, that actually left the house presentable.

Hello, yes sad to say I had to leave 😢 but life goes on! At first I was ashamed but I am currently looking for somewhere to stay. Right now I'm staying with a family member and no longer in that home.
