- Let's learn how to make creamy spicy vodka pasta but without the vodka! It became viral on TikTok as the Gigi Hadid pasta but whatever you want to call it, it's delicious and so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces rigatoni or penne
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 1/3 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
2 teaspoons dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan, more to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
pasta water
optional garnishes: finely chopped parsley and red pepper flakes

I made it last night for Italian night, it was sooo good. I recommend having your ingredients super organized before starting because it really does cook this fast once we fire it up.
The only Italian thing in this video is the pasta, the rest ... 😂😂

Olive oil is good for you too compared to the vegetable/canola oils used in frying

But humans are adaptive in their diets and you can eat anything more or less, but consuming fat really is not health
