It’s an Asian thing to cook garlic longer. “Burnt garlic” flavor is very famous in Asian cuisines. As an Indian (assuming this UA-camr is Indian/has Indian connections) we cook garlic even more than shown in the video and we love it. 🙂

This is an honest review. This pasta tastes incredible and is not hard to make. It's been a year now and this is the only pasta I make. I also added some paprika and Oregano which in my opinion make this even better. I also don't have heavy whipping cream so instead I add milk and boil it till a thick consistency. Absolutely love this pasta. In fact, I'm literally eating it rn as I'm typing this comment. Whenever I make this it's devoured and finished by my family the same day. 1000/10!
Ya'll can see clearly the garlic wasn't burnt. If some of the viewers are new to cooking then go ahead and add garlic later cause it might end up getting burnt. Once you practice and get the hang of managing the heat levels then it's fineeee! Do whatever is comfortable for you guys. On another note, what a terrific video! Cannot wait to try it out today! Hey guys, I just tried out cooking this pasta for 4, and it was AWESOME. I mean like... BEST PASTA EVER... But I was making this pasta for four and I confused the measurements. My pasta had 6 cups, so I recommend multiplying everything by 5, trust me. Thank you for this delicious recipe!!! I also added taco seasoning for a bit of extra taste.
Great recipe! Only things I do differently is add a sprinkle of nutmeg, gives amazing flavour to the sauce, and add sun dried tomatoes in with the tomato paste and it tastes so good 😋
I made this tonight for my children and myself. I really didn't feel like cooking and wanted something simple. I'm amazed at how delicious this was yet so simple and my kids of all different from teenager to 5 year old, all absolutely loved it . I only added a small pinch of chili flakes and instead of chili powder some mixed herbs . This is definitely going on our weekly teatime list! 🤤🤤

@@hforhungryy the number of cups of milk you use add equal spoons of flour so like if you use 2 cups of milf then add 2 spoons of floor first in a cup, mix it with a little but of milk until.its completely dissolved then while your milk boils slowly add the flour milk mixture to the boiling milk and stir simultaneously so.it doesn't get lumpy... great substitute for cream
For the people who are concerned with the amount of oil, it’s normal, no one said it was a healthy recipe. She’s adding so much cause it’s the traditional Mediterranean way of making tomato sauce I think, at least in Tunisia that’s what we do! For healthier alternatives, you can use a type of oil that takes heat better than olive oil such as avocado’s, peanut’s, coconut oil, etc OR put less oil man, stop somplaining for other to adapt to you, just change the parts of recipes that you don’t like 😃 But it’s fine to make it just like hers too! Juste don’t eat it two times a week every week maybe 🤷🏽♀️ Anywhoo, little tip to make your life easier: when you add the tomato paste, dissolve it first into some water it makes it much easier and faster. It also applies to cocoa powder in dessert recipes for it will intensify its flavor :)

Personally I use chicken broth instead of vodka adds extra flavor and some added cayenne pepper along with the red pepper flakes. I love my garlic so i put extra & personally I prefer green onions it suit the tomato paste well. Rigatoni pasta best suits it as well as the sauce just wraps itself to the pasta penne is good as well

When I was on keto diet eating a lot of oily and greasy food I actually lost 500 grams in one day, I even ate pasta on that diet and still lost weight due to high fat foods. Maybe that's why Hadids are really skinny.

Made it without heavy cream and put milk instead. Works both ways! If you want more watery texture use milk. If you want a thick creamy texture, use heavy cream.

Can you replace tomato paste with something more fresh? I don't have tomato paste. Can I use freshly grinded tomato puree? If that works.

Add the garlic after the onions start to get translucent so it doesn’t burn. You also don’t have to cook it that prolonged if you turn up the heat lol
it might burn the tomato sauce if you turn the heat up
@@harshitakitchen yeah and if you cook the tomato paste+ garlic and onion on high right away you might leave the rest of the ingredients too late and have the rest raw and end up burning it.

@@oumaimalamaidni5688 I am muslim too, but if you cook wine or vodka the alchol is cooked out. and the only reason why alchol is haram, is because you can’t think clear when you are drunk. This doesn’t happen when you cook so muslims can cook with alcholic drinks because there won’t be any alchol in it when it is cooked.

Personally I use chicken broth instead of vodka adds extra flavor and some added cayenne pepper along with the red pepper flakes. I love my garlic so i put extra & personally I prefer green onions it suit the tomato paste well. Rigatoni pasta best suits it as well as the sauce just wraps itself to the pasta penne is good as well

@@rachel8872 there is a thing called "keto diet", which is basically eating more fat and little carbs. When I was on keto diet eating a lot of oily and greasy food I actually lost 500 grams in one day, I even ate pasta on that diet and still lost weight due to high fat foods. Maybe that's why Hadids are really skinny.

Made it without heavy cream and put milk instead. Works both ways! If you want more watery texture use milk. If you want a thick creamy texture, use heavy cream.
