"More fun than expected" was exactly what we were going for. And the Baby is one of the coolest Kizer fixed blades. Love hearing someone is EDC-ing it.
Hi guys! Thank you for the positive and objective review of my knife! You are very cool! I would like to explain why the knife is called Metaproptizol, since the United States does not know about it. There is a wonderful book by the Weiner brothers, The Cure for Fear. This fantastic work describes the story of how one of the famous chemists, almost by accident, created a drug from which a person lost a sense of fear, absolutely from everything, and it had no narcotic or other side effect! This drug was called Metaproptizol. Several feature films were adapted from this work in the USSR. The plot is a scientific detective story, where dishonest people try to enrich themselves by taking possession of this exceptional medicine! I liked this fantastic idea, as a kind of allegory about the subject, in the form of a Metaproptizol knife, which can help a person get rid of fears in the wild; fear of wild animals; dangers of forests, water and mountains, as well as incredible forces of nature! I was glad to communicate, you have great subscribers! All the best to you!
Right on! Hi Adil. Thanks for taking the time to explain the name. It is an awesome knife. And we will continue to recommend it regularly. We hope to see more knife designs from you in the future.
So far one knife i'm going to buy is from your older video 1 yr ago is the SRK 5, but i will check some of your videos to see about anything else, just found your channel today, i will use your links because i did not know anything about these until i watched your videos, its only fair.....thanks
Nice video. Of all the ways I've watched sharp pointy things being presented to the viewer watching Kelly stab them into a tree stump has to be my favourite! Cant believe you didn't give an honourable mention to the Sou' wes. D2, clip point, light weight, thin stock and sharper than an angry female, ideal fishing knife.
Thanks for watching. The lack of coverage of the Sou’ Wes was due to a miscommunication. We thought it was being discontinued. We have one coming, so we will cover it at some point in a later video or on our site.
Coincidentally i bought the harpoon yesterday. I really like the pei scales on the mini, wish they had them on the larger version. So i went with the black micarta
What is with all the black blade finishes / coatings etc.? I think they look like crap if you use them a lot and they get scratched up. It seems like a fashion choice. Unless you're doing a lot of saltwater stuff or always in water, most of these steels don't need a lot of protection just a little care.
You bet your sweet Kentucky grains we've tried Bulleit Rye! It's good stuff, but we're more of a Whistle Pig family. We like to try different bottles for the videos, though.
Yup, these guys know exactly what they are doing. If we all had beautiful ladies on our videos, we would have 10k views easily as well, but seriously, good video gentlemen and Madam..😅
Why isn't Kizer using 14C28n for "outdoor" and "camp cooking" fixed blades? It is way better than D2 for these purposes and has great bang for the buck. Toughness and corrosion resistance!
They probably wanted to lean more toward edge retention than toughness, but we definitely wouldn't mind seeing some of these show up in a Sandvik steel.
How about a channel of nothing but her, with knives, without or whatever but again just her. You could even just let her run this channel without y’all and dare I say subs and likes, well they be a going a UP. On a serious note, where do I get those whisky glasses? Thanks in advance
I liked and subbed. Heard your comments on Bigfoot. The answer is no, you'll lose badly. Running would guarantee your death as well. They are Preators. And as such would take you running as lesser than them. Meaning it would chase you down and destroy you. Stand and fight is your only choice. Unfortunately, if not armed you'll die that way as well. I used to actually try and learn about them. We had a group or family of them, at our old place on the mountain. Most dangerous critter in the woods. They are one of the strangest animals alive. They are just like a ""Woman"" you never know what is going on in there. Happy one minute ready to kill the next. Your Kelly is a Twin to my cousin Christen. Amazing really. Almost exact twins. Your dad wasn't a trucker or traveling salesman, was he???? Lol. Serious. Remarkable. Bigfoot is not a friendly animal at least ours weren't. But then I've never seen any wild animal that was friendly. My advise to anyone and everyone is always go armed into the woods. Even behind your house if you live Rual. They will lure you to them. They almost got me on that, and I know all about them. If not for my wife. They would of had me. And I was unarmed. I carry #3 things with me now. A large Bowie, a tomahawk, and a 44 mag usually. Or one of my Glocks. But always at least those #3 things. The knives I carry for serious encounters is only #3 . All 3 are from India. All were hand made. And all 3 were made from car springs. I know they will not break. When your life is actually on the line. You get real particular about your equipment. Bigfoot is real. Why the Government covers them up is simple. #2 people I met just like this. Also were learning about them. Both lived out far from the city lights. Both had their group. But they both wanted to bond with them. Nothing I said changed their minds. A year later Mike died. And Stepanie was almost killed. She was in I.C.U. for a couple weeks . She got out of the game after that, sold the farm and moved on. Both learned the hard way. I was introduced to a man who spent his entire life with the circus as an animal trainer. He taught me a lot of things that is mind blowing about animals. Queer odd things. Animals think different than us. And are nothing like us at all. That's where 99% fail. This is getting long fast ,sorry. I don't chase them anymore. Too old to run, and to old to climb mountains. But you'd be amazed at what all I learned about them. Never follow a weird noise in the woods or mountains. Many a human has died this way. Bigfoot ambush their prey. Or set up on a trail, in a curve or slope. Where he or she has all the odds in their favor. We're talking an 8-9 foot tall ape. "Google can a Chimpanzee kill any grown man?"" Then think what an 8-foot tall one can do to you. I was grabbed by a female. And been nose to nose with a full grown male. Both times I should of died right there. Both times just the tinniest thing saved me. Both times I suffered for weeks from my injuries. Got fired twice too. Biggest and last mistake I made I lured them down to my house. Feeding them and playing rock with one. Dumbest thing I ever did. Should of won the "Darwin Award"" for that one. Wife wasn't happy and kids weren't a bit happy either. Like luring in African lions to your house. All in the name of science. "Darwin Award winner of the year."" That was me. Peace.
@ love you for that reply, you mooks! 😂Thanks for that. Re: “a shameless ploy”?… Gotta love you for that. I will continue to watch for the good quality fun. Hilarious! 😂
"Nothing But Knives" - spends the first two minutes of the video showing off the girl. Also who records themselves dragging a canoe, or slicing water bottles ? There is an uncoated 154cm version of the Begleiter available from Knifestock in Europe, and as far as Kizer not doing leather sheathes, the Harpoon Mini sadly comes with one.
Our favorite thing is to record ourselves dragging things: canoes, ice chests, cool looking logs, etc. The 154cm Begleiter sounds sweet, though. We'll have to be on the lookout for one.
I've got the Harpoon Mini in 3V and they actually do have leather sheaths as my Mini came with one. Kizer should be ashamed of themselves for sending out their blades in flea market quality leather sheaths. I thinks it's some kind of manmade leather. I do leather work ands its not like any real deal leather I've ever seen. Besides the sheath it's a great little knife imo.
@@nothingbutknives2286 I have lots of neck knife sized blades and it has become my favorite after I made a new sheath for it. It's a really versatile design, works well at carving tasks and holds its edge while still being easy to sharpen. I saw that some of them actually come with kydex sheaths now which is a big upgrade imo.
Nice job on video. The knives look pretty nice. I don't think, I'd piss her off, she caring a knife/ knives.😂😅 One way of ending a card game... 🇺🇸🇺🇸🪓🔪👍🏻👍🏻
Kelly is killing it showcasing those knives. 😍 When she flipped the table 🤣
Ha ha. She had fun for sure.
Why don’t you guys get that young lady her SAG card so she can deliver some dialog?
This video was way more fun than i expected. I have a baby I edc for work, and it's amazing. Great work and good to see testimg beyond carrying.
"More fun than expected" was exactly what we were going for.
And the Baby is one of the coolest Kizer fixed blades. Love hearing someone is EDC-ing it.
i just ordered their newest knife "the beaver", i plan to wrap the sheath with paracord to make it horizontal carry on my back :) cant wait!
Unironically, your knife reviews are both, entertaining and informative. Also, I'm here because of the thumbnail ngl.
Un-ironic comments are a rare commodity here and we appreciate the hell out of them.
You killed it again. Keep up the awesome work.
Thanks for watching.
Such fun creators with awesome info. Thanx for the fun vids!
Thanks for watching and commenting. Appreciate it.
"Kelly had a counter point" LOL 👍
Great vid again you guys!
Greets from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, TW.
Thanks 👍

A 95 lbs disturbance lol 😂😂 the very best kind of disturbance
Kelly definitely looks like a handful!😂😂😂😂

Thanks for the vid. The Militaw and Baby are really nice daily carry profiles. Cheers from Thailand!
Thanks for watching. The Baby has been one of our favorites for a while. The Militaw probably will be soon after it gets more belt time.
I would love to drink with you guys and talk knives 🔪 😂, great vid!!!
Yea we need to figure out a way to to do a proper live show, so this can happen.
Kelly is the man. Period.
You had me at Kelly...and Militaw.
A winning combo.

Fixed blade Kizers?
11:19
Yup! I'm here to see their opinion on the Magara.
Fun trivia: "magara" means fancy in Tagalog.
I subscribed because of her
The Militaw and Begleiter are on my list!
Now, most importantly, were you able to salvage the beer after the table flip?
Ha ha. No but we had more.
Ahh yes, the always popular “Top 6” list. And I’m here for nothing but knives.
Thanks for hanging out.
How do you find such rare things? Great knives too
Fortunately, the Kizer knives in this video are all still available and easy to find except for the Little RIver Bowie.
Coincidentally i bought the harpoon yesterday. I really like the pei scales on the mini, wish they had them on the larger version. So i went with the black micarta
Right on. Yea the black Micarta version seems to be the most popular.
Another great video, I was just wondering if there is a chance you'll launch a Nothing But Kelly channel?😁
Thanks. A Kellie NBK channel would be cool, but she says she is the only one who does any real work around this place, so she doesn't have the time.
Here for Kelly, she is a brand of her own.
she is always welcome at my camp site!...or anywhere else!
😂😂😂😂😂😂 "You Go K."... Keep up the good work and vids. Hope all's well with everyone/thing! Be safe and take care, "God Bless", sincerely, Randy. 😇🙏👊
Thanks for watching, Randy. Appreciate it.
You guys need to add a disclaimer that no alcohol was actually harmed in the making of this video
Alcohol was harmed, and so were we.
Here for Kelly. Turned out there was knife content? Bonus!
That seems to be the general consensus. Thanks for watching.
Nice mix of studio drunken drawl and field scenes of dreams
The studio drunks thank you for watching.
@@nothingbutknives2286 Have you tried their Muskrat, small fixy?
Not yet, but it looks like it probably would have made our top five.
Yes, leather, real leather, sheaths, bring them back. Please. I picked up the Smolt in 3V last week, arriving soon.
Well said. It would be nice to always have a leather option. The Smolt rocks.
I'm agree we you guys that the Little River Bowie is the Best Kizer fixed blade but you should also
have to try the Lancer fixed and the Sequoia fixed
Both good fixed blades. We especially liked the Sequoia.
What is with all the black blade finishes / coatings etc.? I think they look like crap if you use them a lot and they get scratched up. It seems like a fashion choice. Unless you're doing a lot of saltwater stuff or always in water, most of these steels don't need a lot of protection just a little care.
D2 can usually stand a little coating, but otherwise it definitely feels like too much on knives like the Baby.
I bet Kelly has the same sense of humor as you two.
If she didn’t, these videos would be way more difficult.
I sure do enjoy y'all's videos. They are the bee's knees,I tell ya what. Also,if you haven't tried it,BULLEIT RYE WHISKEY is pretty good stuff
You bet your sweet Kentucky grains we've tried Bulleit Rye!
It's good stuff, but we're more of a Whistle Pig family. We like to try different bottles for the videos, though.
@@nothingbutknives2286 most excellent! Keep doing what y'all are doing. I sure enjoy it
Kelly is the best❤
For sure.
I have to say I’m with Kelly on this one. The Militaw looks really good. I like the size of it and the migrants insert cool.
It's pretty tough to argue.
Ok I didn’t notice before the auto correct but it should have said Micarta insert LOL!
Kelly makes me change my type. The only reason to watch this video
By type do you mean type of knives?
Why was I expecting y'all to include the Kizer Variable (wharncliffe)? Lol
It does look interesting.
I'd buy anything Kelly is selling...she is awesome!!!😻
Kizer Wizer & Wowzer.! Australia say Hello.!
Thanks for watching from down under.
kelly's channel for sure
Thank you arlo.
We don't want a pickle, we just want a Kizer fixed... blade.
The Baby and the Metacalifragilisticexpialidocious look very tempting to me.
Almost as fun to say as they are to use.
Yup, these guys know exactly what they are doing. If we all had beautiful ladies on our videos, we would have 10k views easily as well, but seriously, good video gentlemen and Madam..😅
😂😂 Thanks for watching.
They should bring back the Lancer S35vn. I’d buy another.
Yes! Another discontinued Pinkerton design.
The Metaproptizol is discontinued now which sucks.
This is a direct result of the terrible name. Such a bummer.

Thanks. We will.
I guess I need to get caught up on some reading on the online reviews. But great video nonetheless.
You go on and read. We'll probably still be here when you get back.
Why are the guys talking? Kelly needs her own channel. No conversation needed. Just Kelly handling knives.
This is a popular opinion.
What booze are you hitting?
Hyperlink to the Militaw isn't working BTW
Thanks for the heads up.
