    This advanced mini band, lower body workout will help you build stronger legs and prevent you from developing arthritis and other joint pains. Moving in different directions with added resistance of the resistance band can help to strengthen muscles that aren't used as often in daily life.     This exercise helped me tremendously with my rheumatoid arthritis in my feet. Do this every week.

    I wonder for what muscle is the exercise I'm doing is good for ...? like to know...
    Also, I need to do butt exercise, apparently I have the old but syndrome. Can you help with that ?
