Great hip strengthening/balance. I am sending your e book to a friend. I have shared some of your videos with her already. She is having knee issues. She is almost 84 and doing great. Only thing I need to figure out is how to get past all of the ads. Thanks for these wonderful resources Alyssa!

Am 30lbs overweight and am finding it difficult to do some of these exercises. How do I loose 30 pounds?
