    Great video! How does training like this change for those of us over 40 considering recovery being an issue.

      I'm 40 and have more muscle than ever. It depends on how much time you have. I do a upper lower split for 6 days. Abs 2- 3 days in split. Focus on reaching to 20 sets in the week for hypertrophy ( not in one session) . Listen to your body.

      Yes but by definition, in relation to movement in space, you are pushing while your muscles pull on the bone. It doesn't change the contextual relativity of words
