Great video! How does training like this change for those of us over 40 considering recovery being an issue.
I'm 40 and have more muscle than ever. It depends on how much time you have. I do a upper lower split for 6 days. Abs 2- 3 days in split. Focus on reaching to 20 sets in the week for hypertrophy ( not in one session) . Listen to your body.
Idk if dane will ever see this but its great that given how many of the "fitness people" that build presences online and then seem to want to dive into making a brand off being "anti-woke" that here's a dude who had read about El Hajj Maliik El Shabazz (Malcolm X) and has some developed taste in music
