This channel has been my go to fitness channel for about 6 months now, and I noticed recently that I have started to use Dane's "Boof" breathing sound when I am working out, specifically when I am doing power/explosive work, lol. I always enjoyed it, from an entertainment standpoint, but I also think it's somewhat helpful, it's almost like a mental cue that I think helps me be as dynamic as I can

As a carioca I love how we got an exercise named after us. Most exercises named after places are named after countries or big regions, like Nordic Curls or Bulgarian Split Squats (even though there isn't anything Bulgarian about them). It's rare to find an exercise named after people from a specific city.

Nice. I've used sleds before and am planning on using them a lot more in the near future for speed and lower body strength development. I'm mostly going to just be doing heavy sled pushes, but I never thought if heavy sled marches or an RDL stance walk with toes up for improving the same muscles for speed development. Very informational 👍

A sled (and place to use it) is one of the 2 or 3 things I always look for (and is many times missing)when deciding on a new gym. Every gym should have one

Bro please make a video on how to properly sprint. I can never get the form down correctly

First I would start by learning how to run on the front of your feet, like your toes, and then have somebody film you from the side and see if your headbounds is up and down or if your head moves straightforward and level and if you are able to keep your head moving forward instead of up and down next time you go walking try to feel your hamstrings pulling while your glutes push and if that really clicks then you just need to speed it up

If I did sled pushes/pulls, jogging (increasing speed throughout then explode with a sprint) on treadmill, and light leg workouts for about a month and a half do you think I can get way faster, like from a 7.5 second 60 yards to 7.0 or lower seconds 60 yard, just started yesterday and need to get way faster

Pretty sad state of affairs that there’s more useful information in this single video than 90% of British sprint coaches will impart to their athletes in their entire careers.
