@scottykilmer I just got a 2021 Titanic XD PRO4X after some extensive research and you putting out this video confirms that I knew what I was talking about 😅
@@mistermodd Happens. Everybody with any sense will know what you meant. But with the way they build some vehicles these days a lot of them should be named Titanic.
@@zelowatch30 "quality has fallen because they keep building them cheaper." That started already in the early 2000´s after the disastrous Renault marriage. I´v owned many 80´s and 90´s Nissans and they all were very good cars. My current 2007 Nissan Primera is of very low quality apart from the QG18DE engine, it burns oil(typical for these engines) but just goes on and on.
I bought a 2023 Titan Pro-4x and I absolutely love it….much better than the others available. Atleast for me, plus a true V8 without the stupid auto start and shut off feature.
Agreed 100% which is why I chose the 2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it with 400 HP and 413 Ibs of torque over the 2024 Ford F150 with the 5.0L Coyote V8 in it with 400 HP and 410 Ibs of torque and let me tell you its a freakn beast and best of all no cylinder deactivation and no Auto stop start crap either.
I like the Frontier and Titan because they are trucks, that look like trucks, feel like trucks and they are not full of fancy unnecessary tricks that just elevates their price.
Bought my Titan back in 2014. Bought it used. A 2010 Crew cab 2WD with 60,000 miles on it. Went through a couple sets of tires and a couple of batteries. Absolutely zero problems. Still looks like the day I bought it. Mine is a flex fuel. That's all I've ever ran. I love the extra horsepower.
bells and whistles are the supermarket winning streaks , but wait ! if,they go belling and whistling on and on , thats great .Otherwise , like ol man here says : more bells and whistles to break !
I owned 3 nissan trucks. All great trucks no problems at all. Started with 97 pickup regular cab 4x4 4 cylinder. Then a 2010 frontier v6 4x4 extended cab 6 speed manual. Bought a 2023 nissan titan xd back in October 2023. Its a beast tow a fifth wheel camper with it. Fully loaded its pushing 10000 pounds.
I have a 17 titan XD platinum with the 5.0 diesel. It’s got 100,000 on it. Absolutely love the truck. I know the diesel had some problems. had the privilege of talking to a Nissan engineer a couple years ago and he stated that truck is so overbuilt it’s not even funny. He did said the engine is questionable on some issues but the truck itself has the transmission which is in a 3500 Dodge same brakes and axles as the power wagon Dodge, the XD has the fully boxed frame. He said off the the record the truck can pull a lot more than it is rated for,it had to fit in between a 1500 and a 2500 but he said it well exceeds 2500 numbers. I bought the truck new have absolutely no complaints about, the fit and finish is great no squeaks no rattles nothing falling apart. Do the horror stories about the 5.0 diesel get me nervous sometimes yes, I changed the oil all of the filters I run Centine boost in it every time. every truck brand has its issues. If somebody built the perfect truck, somebody would still complain about it.
Whether you like it or not, we’re all going to be forced into electric vehicles eventually. It’s not Nissans fault, it’s the governments all over the world forcing their hands. They’ll eventually phase out gas vehicles by jacking up gas prices to crazy amounts.
@@AlexAlex-gs1xh bro, nobody is buying an EV car, who in the right mind would buy that crap? 💀 There’s no enough infrastructure to charge them yet and it takes forever to do it, if govt wouldn’t give an incentive, most people will not buy them honestly.
We have a 2020 Titan Platinum with 68,000 miles on it and we love it so far. Time will tell, it's our first Nissan. Depending on how this goes will determine whether or not we buy another Nissan.
One of the best bells and whistles that the Nissan Titan has is that your days off work are always enjoyable because your not not wasting your time working on it
@ricklife No. It’s a fact that the Titan is a decent truck. Watch the video for reference. It’s also a fact that Nissan doesn’t sell many of these, logically concluding that they are underrated. Refer to a sales chart for that one. You are the one who left an opinion on someone else’s comment. This isn’t my opinion either, it’s a statement of fact. 😂😂Be prepared to answer when you comment dumb stuff. This isn’t opinion, it’s a warning.
I am currently on my third Titan (2007, 2015, and now a 2018), and my heart is hurt they stopped making these trucks. I had no mechanical issues with any of them, and when I traded in my 07 and my 15, both were resold within a week. My next upgrade will be a Titan, and I don't care if it's used LOL. Yes it loves gas, but I love that V8 roar.
Same here, I just traded in my 2011 Ford F150 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 in it for a 2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it with 400 HP and 414 Ibs of torque and let me tell you its a freakn beast.
I just traded in my 2011 Ford F150 with the 5.0L Coyote V8 in it with 160,000 miles on it for a 2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it that only had 32 miles but now has over 3000 miles on it and its a powerful beast.
2017 Titan SV 4x4 with 150,000 miles on it, and love it. None of the "Big 3" have the balls to offer a 100,000 mile warranty like the Titan has either!
I've owned a 2006 Titan since new and currently has 220k miles and still going strong. The best vehicle I have ever owned, even with the 16 mpg hwy at best. I will drive it till it falls apart, as new trucks are wayyy too much. I'll just pick up another Gen1 since you can pick them up super cheap.
@@bcw686power, bigger, feels solid, mpg is good. I get 20 mpg on a two lane and 17 on the interstate. It feels similar to the v10 superduty I had. It’s definitely beefier than the 5.4 and 5.0 fords I had. The XD even has the holes in the bed for a fifth wheel. It’s a nice big truck without all the stupid junk. I emailed Nissan yesterday and asked them to keep building them. I’m sure they’ll listen to me 😅
They didn't sell because: A) They're in an oversaturated segment with other full size truck contenders like the F-150, Tundra, Silverado, RAM, etc... B) Nissan isn't exactly known for aggressive marketing vs Toyota per se. C) Bad reputation by their cars with CVTS It's a shame, I really do like them and I think it's the best choice when it comes to bang for buck.
@devinitjen266 The Xterra was especially hard on gas. I still have my 2008, 210,000 miles on it, and get around 12 on the highway. It has a tow package that I have never used. I hate to see the milage for that. We mostly just use it for shopping or Home Depot trips. Great for taking the 100 lb GSD around town. I wish they would make a new Uas version that wasn't planned on being an EV.
@eugeneNOstoner it was the 05-2010 Frontiers and Xterras. Nissan tried to refuse to cover a known issue for their customers. It was a mess and left a bad taste in people's mouths. Most of the people that went through that don't care if it happened 12+ years ago. They just remember the cost associated with replacing the Tranny, radiator, and lines and simply won't go back to Nissan.
@@devinitjen266 While that has nothing to do with the Titan at all, it was fixed after 2010. There is even a very simple fix that anyone could do to prevent coolant mixing with the transmission oil
Talked my friend into a 2024 Titan 4wd, v8 this fall. Luuuuuuvvvsssss it. Puts a smile on his face every time he climbs in it. He is 80 yo and did not need the pile of dung gm, ford, dodge, toyota, etc. That is being pitched. Out the door fully loaded 55k. Please Titan, listen to some real truck drivers.....you blew all other manufacturers with that V8 truck. No one buys EVs
2024 Nissan Titan Pro4x is a great truck. Don't regret buying it and to be honest it also comes with alot of bells and whistles more than you ever need.
After having 3 crappy F-150's (2009, 2013, and 2019) and a really crappy 2020 Chevy 3500 I decided to try a 2023 Titan XD. It's fantastic. So great that my brother went and bought a 2024 Titan and he also loves his. Really hope Nissan figures out how to market their trucks better because the Titans are fantastic trucks. And the 9-G Tronic transmissions that are in these from 2020 to 2024 (Jatco/Mercedes transmission) have a very good reputation. So far so good with mine, and I tow 7,000 lbs with it in the winter.
I had a 2008 Titan. It was an excellent truck. Drove really nice. Plenty of power. Only issue those trucks had were the catalytic converters falling apart and sucked debris back into the engine.
@@zachstanton6135in 40 years of auto industry and repairs this is a first. I can’t honestly say that an exhaust system can pull debris back up into the engine. I am sorry the debris was likely carbon from the valves on the intake side. Cats actually clog up or collapse that’s about all that they can do.
My 2020 Titan always knows where it's supposed to be in the gears. I have a 2022 ford transit van with a seven speed and it never knows what gear it should be in, it's disappointing.
Own a 23 Titan XD SV.This truck has everything i need on it and none of the crap i dont need.Great engine, pulls very well and has a great exhaust note to boot.5 YEAR 100,000 warranty.Try getting that with Ford or Chevy junk. Will have this truck for a long time.
Funny to hear about the plate. Recently bought a 2023 Titan (2nd one) and tore off the dealer installed plate in 2 weeks. Yep, too low and forward for off asphalt driving. Then discovered the problem with a higher mount... no cruise control. License plate now sits under the rear seat. Perfect. 😂
I have the 2021 XD (extra duty). Perfect recreational tower. Reliable. Had plenty of bells and whistles (360 surround camera, heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, rear heated seats etc etc). I get 10mpg towing 9k lbs (go easy on that pedal and anticipate stops, all it takes). What amazes me that XD comes from factory with E-rated tires, tow mirrors, goosneck puck system, break controller - ready to tow. They are dirt cheap now for the reliability and level of features.
I drive a 2012 Titan SV 4x4 I have over 250 k on it and yes total gas hog but very fast and super reliable ,when I get another truck it's definitely going to be a pro 4x Titan. They sound great .
Had an 04 and now a 2020. Most reliable and powerful in my opinion. Definitely gas guzzler but we can't have it all, plus what do you expect when driving a full size truck 🤷♂️ I get 17mph mixed in town and highway
They could have out sold all the others if they had just kept the price lower than the competition. Simple recipe for success. Everything else about the truck was good. Good style, good engines, transmissions, capability.
Bought a used 2017 base model s trim crew cab 4x4 when I moved to TN in 2021 with 39k miles and I love it. Was about the same price as f150 that were 2wd and similar miles so it was a no brainer. Added a cherrybomb extreme muffler and it sounds soo good. Im glad mine is base trim with vinyl floors, i have 2 kids. Mine says it was made in Canada, sad to see the Titan being discontinued they're really a slept on vehicle in the truck market. Everyone except Ford seems to ditch away the v8s now.
I have a 2021 Pro4x. Plate mount on skidplate does not hang low. I avg 17-20 mpg. Loaded with 8k lbs I avg 10-12 mpg. Ive had no issues other than replacing the rear rotors at 43k.
I had a 86 nissan 720, a 2006 Titan that gave 200000 trouble free miles before being totaled by an inattntive cop (aaahhrrrgg!) and now a 2023 titan xd pro4 x.... I love it... that tow mode has a Jake brake also.. what a trip on a gas pickup... they are gas hogs, but are so much cheaper than the big three, for more truck..... sure hope this one is like its ancestors.......
Nissan stopped selling them in Canada a while ago... I'm still rocking my 2015 Titan Pro-4x. Zero issues. 100% USA made. Gas is the cheapest thing at the gas station.
I have owned Titans since 2004. Fell in love and never looked back. Owned a 2004, 2007, 2012, 2015 and now a 2019 Titan XD with the 5.0 Cummins. NEVER EVER HAD AN ISSUE. Best trucks ever and yes Nissan sucks at marketing their Trucks.
I own a 2007 Titan (overlander, 165k) and a 2020 Titan (daily driver, 36k). Both are fantastic, no problems, run great. Between the two of them, with a little luck, hoping they'll last me the rest of my life.
I rented a Nissan Titan 2 years ago when my truck was in the body shop. I liked the truck but it had a clutch radiator cooling fan and it was very, very LOUD! And I mean it was roaring loud!
My 2004 Titan Le just turned 388,888 miles original motor and tranny rebuilt at 320k .mason concrete contractor .loaded 1 plus tons often .AMAZING TRUCK runs like new STILL !! Connecticut salt has rusted it some but still great
I spent all week researching and was hoping you would provide a review. I went ahead and bought a titan this week after have a fully loaded Chevy and I love the back to basic of the titan. Can’t beat the lifetime powertrain warranty either. Great vid of an honest opinion as always! Much appreciated Scotty.
I just bought my 2023 a few months ago slightly used. Mine is only an sv but I still love it. I had the Flowmaster super 44 muffler installed and it sounds amazing! The only thing I don't like in the Titans is that smart alternator crap because their is nothing smart about and it causes problems and batteries don't last with it but the good news is it can be unplugged and the alternator works like a regular alternator. Other than that smart alternator crap I don't have any other complaints.
I have had three Titans 2007, 2016, and a 2022 Pro4x. I would still have the 2016 but I totaled it in 2021 when a USPS truck backed out in front of me. I’ve not had any issues on the latter two but the 2007 had to have a couple of minor issues repaired.
The titan is a great vehicle but I'd avoid the 2nd gens due to cylinder 7 issues. The VK56DE though is an absolute beast. I've VK-swapped my xterra and wil never go back to 6-cylinder engines.
My loaded 2021 Nissan Titan PRO4X was Lemon Lawed. For electrical issues! Every time they fixed something, other issues appeared. It was flatbedded 4Xs. Every flippin time, it was dragged on the flatbed. Because there wasn't any way to put the vehicle in neutral. Once the electronics went! Also, every time i went for an oil change, they damaged the skidplate and bumper. Because the skidplate must be removed to access the oil plug and filter. They even managed to dent my rear driver's side crew cab door. With a complementary wash! The vehicle sucked, and the service sucked. I couldn't wait to dump it! There were too many problems, 11.2 mpg with required premium gas, and the transmission searched for gears constantly, which made the ride intolerable. IMHO, these new vehicles are all overpriced disposable trash. It's about corporate greed and stock options not build quality.
The problem is new vehicles break down, its not just Nisan but Ford, Chev, Toyota all of them. The old Trucks for each of the brands were great trucks. They last for 200,000-300,000 and the news one are lucky if they don’t break down at 50,000. They all cost too much and the reliability is a big nothing burger. If you want a good truck by a 1990 and rebuild them. You’ll have a great truck then.
I live in Maine and the rust claims most of the old school trucks. Even full size trucks from the early 90’s that have a good frame command a high price up here.
I just bought a 2021 Titan XD pro4X and I love it. Compared to what the big three go for, I got a great deal. As long as you don’t have to tow for than 10k ibs, you don’t need much more :)
Have owned 2 Titans. A 2015 and a 2024 Pro4. The 2024 is an amazing truck, I compared several models before my purchase. Pro4 vs Rebel vs Trail Boss vs Tundra TRD off-road. The Titan was the easiest decision or the 4. And it wasn’t close. The Pro4 fully loaded was 53,500 out the door. Moon roof/convenience packages/heared seats and wheels. In addition 0 percent for 5 years. The Titan was better than the rebel imo, the trail boss ehhh about the same but the trial boss was 11,000 more, and the Tundra was the smoothest and nicest but 20,000 more. My Titan gets compliments by everyone who rides in it or parks beside it… and like Scotty says, Nissan can’t market. People aren’t even aware they exist. But again the Titan was 2nd out of the 4 I tested but I’m not rich so it was an easy decision to drop 53,500 instead of 78,000 for trucks that are in the same class with similar packages….
Easily the most reliable full size truck on the market right now its non-turbo and naturally aspirated. If your buying a full size truck this would make a reliable choice, but parts are going to be tough to find in a few years.
Just looked up the market share of pickup trucks. Saw a chart from 2022. Like less than 1% market share for XD titans. Very rare in the wild. V8 too. Glad I have mine.
I still have my 2005 Armada with 225,000 miles as a spare. Best vehicle I've ever had aside from the 2004 camry that I sold in perfect condition with 330,000 miles. The armada is a great work horse. We call it the Griswold family truckster. You may not like it now, but wait till you drive it.
In retrospect, imagine if the titan did make sales and was mass produced and more people drove them… think more problems would be revealed? Id like to think it’s a matter of probability…. Kind of like if you drive more, there’s a higher probability of you being involved in an accident. Of course there’s more angles involved, just offering a different perspective.
Love my 08 Titan. Only problem is the paint is gone on the roof and hood. Anything that is exposed to the upper side of the vehicle including all of the fenders. Shame really. RIP Titan. I’ll run you as long as I can.
Today's citified pickups just are not made for for hauling or towing a lot of weight full time. If you want a full time heavy hauler that gets anywhere close to better gas mileage you will need to special order a pickup set up for it. And these days that can take a long time to get done. If you are going to do a lot of longer range heavy hauling you might want to go to a truck manufacturer and see if you can get one of their mini-trucks. It will be bigger than a large pickup but at least it will be designed to efficiently haul your heavy trailers. And you might be able to get a mini-sleeper you can use for cross country hotshot hauling and save money on motel rooms.

Happens. Everybody with any sense will know what you meant. But with the way they build some vehicles these days a lot of them should be named Titanic.
Owned a 2016 Titan XD S 5.6L for 7 years, zero complaints.
Currently have a 16 XD 5.0 love it
How the hell did you check the transmission fluid?
Had a 2005 Titan, had it for 9 years. Great truck, regular maintenance and a radiator. Sold at 167k miles running strong
I've owned 3 frontiers and now a 21 Titan PR.
Never had any issues with Nissan trucks.
love my 2008 titan Almost 400,000 KM / 250,000 miles Zero problems
Nissan isn't a bad car maker. The problem today is like the others, quality has fallen because they keep building them cheaper.
Love my 2015 Titan!
@@zelowatch30we are talking about the older pickups they made, Quality control was still good.
@@zelowatch30 except they are not cheaper when you go to pay.
I bought a 2023 Titan Pro-4x and I absolutely love it….much better than the others available. Atleast for me, plus a true V8 without the stupid auto start and shut off feature.
That was my dream truck, Pro-4x titan. Good job getting a 2023. Sad that they won't sell them anymore.
@@CJColvin yeah, the Titans are much better truck than the F-150. Ford leads in recalls, why anyone would buy them is beyond me.
@TexasSi Agreed 100%, at least the 92-96 Ford Trucks were the last of the great Ford trucks.
@TexasSi I just traded my 2019 Titan for a F150. The F150 handles better but I miss everything else about the Titan.
I like the Frontier and Titan because they are trucks, that look like trucks, feel like trucks and they are not full of fancy unnecessary tricks that just elevates their price.
Are Nissan Frontiers good too?
Scotty says yes.
@@Hughjass-69420yes.
I actually really like my frontier. I wish they'd keep the titan but that's how it goes :/
Love my 2016 frontier. 186,000 trouble free miles. Tows a 4000 pound camper all over New England without issue. Great truck will buy another.
2024 frontier runs tough
Just got a 2023 frontier and so far I love it good power, good gas mileage, and 4x4 for a great price
I bought one. So far I am well pleased. It’s a 2024. Listed as the most reliable full sized truck.
How much did you pay for it?
Bought my Titan back in 2014. Bought it used. A 2010 Crew cab 2WD with 60,000 miles on it. Went through a couple sets of tires and a couple of batteries. Absolutely zero problems. Still looks like the day I bought it. Mine is a flex fuel. That's all I've ever ran. I love the extra horsepower.

Those Are Part of Regular Maintenance
Hey Nissan…bring back a stripped down Xterra manual transmission only
Amen to this. Still have my 2004 Xterra manual and it’s going strong.
I agree no more simple basic vehicles left to buy so i bought a 2014 frontier basic as basic gets
bells and whistles are the supermarket winning streaks , but wait ! if,they go belling and whistling on and on , thats great .Otherwise , like ol man here says : more bells and whistles to break !
Jatco autos are fine.
Nissan in the business of making money 4 people will buy an Xterra manual 😂
I owned 3 nissan trucks. All great trucks no problems at all. Started with 97 pickup regular cab 4x4 4 cylinder. Then a 2010 frontier v6 4x4 extended cab 6 speed manual. Bought a 2023 nissan titan xd back in October 2023. Its a beast tow a fifth wheel camper with it. Fully loaded its pushing 10000 pounds.
I am a Nissan owner. Wonderful trucks, but odd spacing in the body panels, especially the tailgate. Engine and transmission are excellent.
@@ScottPinardi is that a Cummins?
@ yes 5.0
Yep, XDs are beasts, gvwr classifies it as a class 2b truck, aka 2500, aka 3/4, big 3 fan boys are simply ignorant of this fact.
- Stop making a truck that sold 16k units and start making electric cars that almost no one buys. Where’s the logic?
Whether you like it or not, we’re all going to be forced into electric vehicles eventually. It’s not Nissans fault, it’s the governments all over the world forcing their hands. They’ll eventually phase out gas vehicles by jacking up gas prices to crazy amounts.
A lot of people buy it I personally would buy it because it's cheaper to charge than fill gas, has more features
@@AlexAlex-gs1xh bro, nobody is buying an EV car, who in the right mind would buy that crap? 💀
There’s no enough infrastructure to charge them yet and it takes forever to do it, if govt wouldn’t give an incentive, most people will not buy them honestly.
Not enough Cobalt on this planet for all those batteries. Not a common metal on this planet.
Perhaps your government told them so! Build electric car or els, 😅
We have a 2020 Titan Platinum with 68,000 miles on it and we love it so far. Time will tell, it's our first Nissan. Depending on how this goes will determine whether or not we buy another Nissan.
I have 454,000 on my 2012 Titan pro 4X. Original engine, transmission, starter, fuel pump, ....... Zero complaints.
Very impressive. My 2016 frontier currently has 187,000 miles. Engine and transmission still strong. Hope the Maine rust doesn’t get it first.
One of the best bells and whistles that the Nissan Titan has is that your days off work are always enjoyable because your not not wasting your time working on it
Had to read that comment twice 🤣
We have a 22 Frontier and love it. No stupid turbo and 310 HP. Tows really well too.
I’m considering trading my Tacoma in for one like yours.

@ricklife No. It’s a fact that the Titan is a decent truck. Watch the video for reference. It’s also a fact that Nissan doesn’t sell many of these, logically concluding that they are underrated. Refer to a sales chart for that one.

I had no mechanical issues with any of them, and when I traded in my 07 and my 15, both were resold within a week. My next upgrade will be a Titan, and I don't care if it's used LOL. Yes it loves gas, but I love that V8 roar.
The do sound really good don't they.
@michaelcervantez3570 the best! All I have done with each of mine was drop in a K&N air filter and a bolt-on exhaust tip.
Same here, I just traded in my 2011 Ford F150 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 in it for a 2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it with 400 HP and 414 Ibs of torque and let me tell you its a freakn beast.

My 2005 Titan has 250K miles on it and is still running great. Keeping it for another 250K miles.

I emailed Nissan yesterday and asked them to keep building them. I’m sure they’ll listen to me 😅
They didn't sell because:
A) They're in an oversaturated segment with other full size truck contenders like the F-150, Tundra, Silverado, RAM, etc...
B) Nissan isn't exactly known for aggressive marketing vs Toyota per se.
C) Bad reputation by their cars with CVTS
It's a shame, I really do like them and I think it's the best choice when it comes to bang for buck.
D. Bad reputation of SMOD in the last generation of Frontiers and Xterras
@devinitjen266
The Xterra was especially hard on gas.
@@devinitjen266Strange, Haven’t heard that issue with the past 12-13 year models.

2024 Nissan Titan Pro4x is a great truck. Don't regret buying it and to be honest it also comes with alot of bells and whistles more than you ever need.
I own a 2023 titan and I love love love it
After having 3 crappy F-150's (2009, 2013, and 2019) and a really crappy 2020 Chevy 3500 I decided to try a 2023 Titan XD.
Mmm, would give my eye-tooth for an XD!
I had a 2008 Titan. It was an excellent truck. Drove really nice. Plenty of power. Only issue those trucks had were the catalytic converters falling apart and sucked debris back into the engine.
@@zachstanton6135 the cat wasn't downstream of the engine and in the exhaust? How is debris coming back to the air supply?
@@zachstanton6135in 40 years of auto industry and repairs this is a first. I can’t honestly say that an exhaust system can pull debris back up into the engine. My 2020 Titan always knows where it's supposed to be in the gears. I have a 2022 ford transit van with a seven speed and it never knows what gear it should be in, it's disappointing.

Perfect. 😂

They're much more affordable than the other big 3 and so the resell value sucks. But again, you can't have it all 🤷♂️
They could have out sold all the others if they had just kept the price lower than the competition. Simple recipe for success. Everything else about the truck was good. Good style, good engines, transmissions, capability.

I love my Pro-4X! It is a great truck. I don't need a 100" infotainment system, and I got a great deal with 0% interest. It's just a no-brainer.
Just got a 2019 Frontier 4 litre V6 and love it
My loaded 2021 Nissan Titan PRO4X was Lemon Lawed.
Love my 2024 titan . Got rid of a 22 Silverado 5.3 and a 23 silver diesel 1500.
5 years / 100k miles bumper-bumper is amazing warranty!
07' Titan owner here...still rolling along.
Love your videos man, saved me money at the dealership
The problem is new vehicles break down, its not just Nisan but Ford, Chev, Toyota all of them. The old Trucks for each of the brands were great trucks. They last for 200,000-300,000 and the news one are lucky if they don’t break down at 50,000. They all cost too much and the reliability is a big nothing burger. If you want a good truck by a 1990 and rebuild them. You’ll have a great truck then.
I live in Maine and the rust claims most of the old school trucks. Even full size trucks from the early 90’s that have a good frame command a high price up here.
I rented a Titan once. On the highway at 70 mph I could see the gas gauge move towards E! Got less than 10 mpg with 2 people and luggage!
I just bought a 2021 Titan XD pro4X and I love it. Compared to what the big three go for, I got a great deal. As long as you don’t have to tow for than 10k ibs, you don’t need much more :)
400 hp v8 Best full size truck for the money
Wife's 2008 Jeep grand Cherokee with 5.7L Hemi gets 13 MPG. Pulling our 22' travel trailer it gets 9 mpg.
I have a Frontier. It's a tank. Very old school simple vehicles.
Same here. I’ve taken my 2016 frontier through literally thousands of miles of mountain logging roads, mud pits and snow. Great trucks.
Easily the most reliable full size truck on the market right now its non-turbo and naturally aspirated. If your buying a full size truck this would make a reliable choice, but parts are going to be tough to find in a few years.
NIssan needs to figure out how to advertise that they make solid vehicles.
Just looked up the market share of pickup trucks. Saw a chart from 2022. Like less than 1% market share for XD titans. Very rare in the wild. V8 too. Glad I have mine.
Nissan titan best truck ever I own a 2010 Nissan Titan 4WD with 225k miles on it
First gen titans were def the best, these new ones the only positive thing i can say is the interior is nice.
Brand loyalty is hard to break.
I have the 2023 30 thousand miles not problem it’s all love my Nissan Titan
Better warranty than any other truck out there also.
With all of the problems with the Tundras they should keep making the Titan, EV Trucks will not sell.
Awesome Truck, very underrated !!!
