Thank you very much. I dance quite a lot and lately have been feeling fatigued early on during class. I knew I had to change my fuel. Before class this morning when I woke up I did a quick UA-cam search and found this video. Decided to quickly make porridge with chia seeds, some honey, banana, blueberries and a dollop of peanut butter. Last night I ate a lot of greens for dinner and I also had spirulina which would have also helped for today.
Good to say that I didn't get fatigued during class (didn't feel light headed and didn't get muscle fatigue). However because I'm not used to eating so much before class I felt like I was going to throw up 😂 I ate 70min before class too and went to the bathroom. But I must say it felt better feeling sick in the tummy than feeling fatigued and I guess I will start to get used to eating a heavier meal before too :)

If they don't work, I'll try champagne and Percocet. Just kidding about that part.

I have never been a coffee drinker because I never felt any effects from it. But recently until I was introduced to a coffee that has changed my life. After hearing the unbelievable benefits from this specific coffee from a family member and doing some research on the ingredients in it I decided I would try it. 15 to 30 minutes after I finished my first cup (you only drink one a day) I was in awe. This coffee is specially made to release 4 chemicals in your brain dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin. I am the happiest I have ever been. It eliminates my anxiety. It enhances my memory, clears my brain fog, gives me mental clarity, and helps me focus. It curbs my appetite, takes away cravings of junk food, speeds up your metabolism, and promote weight loss. I am so thankful that I found this for literally just the the happiness I feel on a daily basis the rest is just a bonus and i have barely skimmed the surface on the benefits of this product and all the many health benefits, and sicknesses it helps with High blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, depression, and more. If you are intrested in hearing more about this product or want to know where to buy it comment or PM me I would be glad help you out so it can change your life like it changed mine.
P.S. If you are sensitive to caffeine or dont like coffee they have it I hot chocolate as well!
