I'm buying a 2024 Tundra I don't care what no one says ! I believe it's really the best looking full size pickup hands down, and I believe it will get it's recall resolved and it will be one of better full size trucks to buy ! Cause I'm graduating from the little Tacoma up to a full size pickup
I just purchased a fully loaded non hybrid 2024 Limited...wind Chill Pearl, Boulder interior with 6.5 foot bed....I ABSOLUTELY love it! I say go for it.
What are people's opinions on higher mileage Tundra's? I'm looking at a 2017 (limited) - 112 000 miles - for 29k (usd) (but it's actually Canadian). Would this be an over pay? would like ppl's opinons.
Since this whole debacle began, I’ve interacted with 3 groups of Tundra owners 1: trade and go to a different brand immediately AHHHH! 2: lets wait this thing out and see what the remedy is before making a call 3: oh man, im gonna try to get an insane deal while no one is buying
@@TundraDude34 after taxes jacked up insurance rates higher interest rates plus a very high likelihood of a recall coming. It would be unethical for anyone to say anything different. But everyone is free to do what they want.
Like I’ve been saying 2000 to 2021 Tundra owners you have the most reliable truck out there good luck to 2022 and beyond with every wish there comes a curse
It’s not that just why is everyone quick to give up what works and is good then pay more for an engine that cost more and doesn’t get muck better mpg, just wondering what their thought process is have a great day
I just bought a 2021 Sr5 and owned a 2011 grade years ago. I have to say, while there is some improvements they have taken away some key features over the years. Full roll down back window, auto up and down front windows, defrost back window and dual power seats. That's all the things missing from the 21. It has only powered driver seat, manual sliding back window no defrost, auto down only driver window. Kind of a bummer. I'd trade the cruse Radar for window functions any day.
I love the new gen also, but just couldn't stop thinking about is my truck going to break down on a road trip!!! Just couldn't buy one now, Keep my low milage 5.7V8

Good for you. I will wait and see and let you do all the work.
Good for you have fun getting your engine ripped oven by line techs
I would give it a few more years, 2024 recalls may come at the end of the year.
Test drive a 2024 Nissan Titan.

My 2019 V8 5.7 still runs like new and im keeping her until im 6ft under ☮️❤️🇨🇦
If you find yourself 6ft under plase think of me in your will.....😂
mileage?
The older double cab was more sinister looking. They should bring back look rather than current one
Personal opinion here but i believe the 2nd gen double cab may be the best looking of all Tundras ever.

How can someone have confidence in buying a 2024 tundra right now? You know the recall is coming.

@@TundraDude34 75 thousand dollars gamble

I dont disagree, but its not worth worrying what others will do. You’ll just end up pulling your hair out. I’m almost out of hair
I will wait until all the problems go away, but go ahead if you must get it now; it is your money.
Me too I’ll wait until 2027 lol when they figure out all this mess lol😅

Why would you pay 17000 more for a v6 I just don’t get it.
I wouldn’t lose too much sleep over what other people may do. You got the 5.7 and you’re happy. Thats all that matters! 😁

Just got back from beach by the way 8 hour drive one way got 18.3 mpg in 5.7 v8 truck was loaded down 38 gallon tank was a big help
The 38 gallon tank is a must have!
Just bought a 15 5.7 crewmax sr5 4x4 after my 2010 crewmax was totaled. I loved my 10 and my 15 is a beast!

I get to talk Tundra with you guys everyday. For me, nothing could be better! I have to thank all of you for making it possible 🙏🏼
Is the Toyota safety sense 3.0 available on the 2024 tundra?
2024 Tundra has TSS 2.5

I'd get a red Tundra if I worked for the fire department 😅
Bring back the V8 Toyota as a option
