Love your farm Ania & gardening! But please be careful in the former horse arena..the footing is very very dirty (you can imagine what's in it...no they don't get it all out if any during rides)...there could also be a stirrup or two hidden in there somewhere as these sometimes fall off the boots. I know because I ride in an arena just like it. Take care😍

I don’t mean to put a damper on your expectations about the renovation, but judging by how much work in involved and the predictability of unforeseen situations, I’d probably plan on 3 months of upheaval. If they finish in 2, hallelujah, or in 6 weeks, a miracle. I also had a water leak. Mine was from a refrigerator ice maker which ended up involving not just my kitchen, but also my living and dining areas, as it was an open space design, with a hardwood floor that ended up having to be refinished as well. In addition, a downstairs ceiling was damaged. The insurance company paid for a POD into which all the furniture and boxes were placed. The overflow ended up in the garage and in parts of the house that were unaffected. Needless to say, I feel your pain. What kept me going was the constant mantra, “It will all be worth it, we will all survive and a year from now, it will be just a memory.” You are in my prayers.
P.S. I still have 3 unpacked boxes after 3 years. I should probably just donate or throw them out because, obviously, I haven’t missed what’s inside of them.

The pool looks great! Your family will enjoy that when they come to the farm. Your garden is growing! It does look like cosmos in your garden which are very pretty flowers. You have a lot to do with the renovation - wishing you good luck for everything to go smoothly and looking forward to seeing the new kitchen! Thanks for sharing - so fun to watch!
Good luck with the renovation. Mine took nine months, with COVID, etc. But kitchen and main bathroom were stripped too the studs because I wanted to be sure no problems occurring.
Restoration Hardware had beautiful and sturdy handles. I paid but am totally happy because kitchen and bath is where handles are pulled daily. Hope you are getting soft close cabinets. Well worth it too.

I know you are very busy, but wondering if you could help answer a question. I was told to go on low carb eating plan by doc.
I recently ordered the Konjac noodles. While they are high in fiber, I read that this is insoluble fiber and to eat only 1 serving from a packet. How often do you eat this type of noodles? I just read it can cause digestion issues. Did you have any problems with the Konjac?
