    Ania it doesn't matter if the sourdough starter is falling. When you put the starter in the flour mix in the mixing bowl you are really feeding it agin. I keep 3 cups in the fridge when I am not using it. I use sourdough a lot and sometimes I don't want to have to feed it to get to the amont I need to bake some bbred. I'm glad you are now using sourdough starter, it's so healthy . I've been baking with sourdough starter for 16 years now and I put it in homemade pasta, cakes, cookies muffins .

      Thank you 😊 I might keep more as well. Will figure out what works! I’m happy to hear that the falling doesn’t mean I can’t use it cuz the timing is not always working out as we would like 😊

    You can make pizza base and freeze it when you want to prepare pizza just add the toppings

    Try putting aluminum foil on your counter to keep the cat off.
