So happy to see you regularly. I wish you were my neighbor we would make sourdough together! I love you hair, the color, nice. The baskets for bread are so helpful. I make sure I coat them really well with rice flour so the dough will not stick. It works wonderfully. Far as the red with bleach you're not eating 25 loaves of bread a day so you're probably getting very little of it but some of those ingredients help the flour when it does its job.

I tried my srarter also with Kefir & experimenting currwntly,,got a rescue kitten and planning to start pottery in the future as my huby is a pro and used to make loads for sale about 20 yrs ago.. So everyhing you are about to do, I gonna absolutely watch with huge interest. Not sure about the flours in Canada, we might have different rules in England. Unbleached bread flour is the one I use and rye at the beginning, as it contains more food for the yeast bacteria apparently 😊.

Have you tried Allulose as a sweetener? It’s a bit pricey but I find it to be a great substitute
