Tips for installing Efferman's Stand to UCS Millenium Falcon

- I have seen photos showing the Efferman stand attached to the UCS Millennium Falcon, but with little explanation on how it was done. Hoping this video helps answer those questions!
Great video. Instead of trying to prop it up against something like your drawers I just flipped the entire falcon over and set it on two bed pillows. It gave me plenty of support to work and nothing fell off or got damaged.

I am having massive issues getting the back covers back on. the central piece that is fixed with technic pins is very loose in this angle and doesn't really have any support. When applying the two connected covers it gets ripped off, as there is too much weight on it. Your covers look really sturdy. How does everyone pull that off?
I was surprised how close to the base the left hand portion of the craft sits. I also found that the plate under the the satellite dish doesn't quite sit right while on the stand. Any solutions?
Hello, Could you please tell me how much wide is the ship plus the stand once mounted? (Sideways) I need to know it in order to see if it fits in the shelve I want to display it. Thanks in advance!
Get a shelf tgat is 15" deep, at leat 38" wide, and about 34" tall

You can get the pieces for the stand online. For example bricklink.
What is the minimum shelf size (HxWxD) needed to hold this?
Depth of this IKEA BESTA cabinet was 15" if you are standing it up like mine. The width and height are up to you but the falcon is about 36 inches long.
Could this fit on a 12” shelf?
While I see your video is a few years old, I have recently purchased the Efferman stand and stuck on steps 20 and 21
I no longer own the set nor the efferman stand so I can't really help you at this time. Sorry.
If I want to display the falcon facing the opposite direction, do I need to modify the stand at all?
Most likely yes since the structure of the falcon where the stand's pins engage are not the same, but I have not tried myself
What is the height of the falcon once it is in the stand and slightly tilted?
About 32 inches
