Depends, for me personally, a well tuned 1999 Honda NSX is worth more than a hypercar because you can actually drive it everyday without worrying about giving it a 100000 dollar scratch.
I think supercars are cars built for competitive top tier road car racing. For instance LM-GTE, GT3. Basically supercars are high end racecars for the road. The emphasis isn't on luxury but rather performance. On the other hand hypercars are like an arms race between car makers. They have the most power, reach the highest speeds, got the latest technology and are very luxurious. They are not necessarily meant for the track but can still perform well there. Hypercars show what a car company is capable of. Of course there are some exceptions but I think that's the general idea.
Mr A.I: @6:57 When it comes to speed today's super car can travel from 0 - 60 mph is fewer than 35 seconds..." Me: Damn, I sure hope so. My lil Honda sedan does it in 9.2 sec. I don't think any car that takes more than 25 seconds to get to 60 mph is road legal. Imagine MORE THAN 35 seconds that's bicycle. I think you mean 3.5 Sec
Some of the Hyper and Mega cars are more race cars than daily driver cars. The Bugatti for example is in the Hyper and Mega categories and you can daily drive it!
The limited cars for Lamborghini or hyper cars supercars are still limited, but more of these are sold to the public getting your hands on a hyper car is crazy investment people have to keep them because that’s like a business
3:00 i personally belive it was the f1. It was absolutely mad that after it was produced it then needed the greatest hypercar companies of today, Bugatti and Koenigsegg, to get a crack at beating it.
Gets on my nerves, when people on social media want to make out they're an authority on things when they haven't even done the minimum of research to even pronounce the things. WTF is a Pay-guni??? F-all to do with Pagans. Pa - like "pack" ga - like "gallop" Ni - like "knee".
@4:38 we JUST established that the LaFerrari & the P1 are HYPER CARS. He then goes on to call them Super cars... Also this video is the first time I've heard of Mega cars (especially since all the examples of them are just Hyper Cars). Still convinced they don't exist unless they're just road illegal concept cars
How come these cars are built for performance but people just don't really drive them let alone race? Like they just seem to be collected for the sake of it, that's it.
'You raise an interesting point! While it's true that some collectors purchase these cars primarily for their rarity and value, there are still enthusiasts who enjoy driving and racing them. I believe it is their rarity that scares collectors of putting even as much as a scratch in them!
Why is the picture choice so random? Why don't you show pictures of the cars you are talking about??? When you're talking about hypercars, don't show a base model corvette. That's a sportscar. Don't show an Aston Martin. That's a grand tourer. Show an actual hypercar like a McLaren P1 or a Koenigsegg Agera R. I'm trying very hard to be as constructive as possible with this criticism, but the randomness of the pictures has made this video utterly unwatchable for me and I can't get past 2:33.
The car would be considered as hypercar if it has 4 out of these. - Above 500k price tag - Once hold the world record - At least 600 HP 90ish - 2015, and 1000 HP 2016 - today - Limited in number produced. - Included in atleast top 20 or 30 fastes cars the time it was released. - Has outrageous body design - Once a flagship from its company 812, certain Aventador, Revuelto and Speciale might be faster than Vulcan and Enzo. But they aint Hypercar, Vulcan and Enzo are.
So basically, "hypercars" are today's "supercars" and so what might be classified as a "hypercar" today will be classified as a "supercar" in the future and may be even just a regular "sportscar" in the very distant future, lol. So it's really just the timeframe. 🤔
300 is not a super car lol! My old V6 2011 Camaro that I had back in the day had more than that. I would call 300 HP a base model sports car even though there are grocery getters with that power. You need to add a sports car category and have it from 300 to 599. Super car would be 600-999. Hyper Car for me would be 1000+
tbh hp is not really relevant , I would classify it with power to weight, a mega car would have a power to weight ratio of 1 to 1 or greater for example
Is a HYPERcar really worth the extra money?
I think so
Yeo
More performance, reliability, speed, better sound, better looks, luxury, comfort, quality, etc. absolutely worth it
i hate when people who dont know anything about cars make these kind of vids.

0-60 in less than 35 seconds???
i’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or a joke
Fantastic breakdown. Keep doing videos like this.
Appreciate it!
And the speed limit remains the same.

I think he butchered at least half of the car and manufacturer names in this video.

Wikipedia: Non of them, they’re just sports car
🤦♂️

Once again they don't tell you what type of car is.
Hypercars and megacars keep accelerating to 250+
I'd say hypercars are more exclusive and more aggressive or expensive to supercars
Lamborghini veneno sold for 12 million in Dubai
bro exactly 10 minutes. streeched the slightest bit of content out to get that second ad.

Normal cars, sports car, supercars, hypercars, megacars, Omega cars, exoticcars, Godly cars
This video butchered the names of like half the cars mentioned

That’s is interesting, I believe you are correct because yesterdays power is the same as a common vehicle today
First time I heard of a "Megacar"...
Supercar Horsepower: 300- 800
Hypercar horsepower: 800 - 1340
Megacar horsepower: 1340+
300 is not a super car lol! My old V6 2011 Camaro that I had back in the day had more than that. I would call 300 HP a base model sports car even though there are grocery getters with that power. I want to own a supercar, a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ or an Urus. I mean wow!
A Lamborghini is a supercar.
Why?
Below makes more sense to me.
Sports Car 300- 599
Super Car 600 - 999
Hyper Car 1000 - 1500
Mega Car 1500+
tbh hp is not really relevant , I would classify it with power to weight, a mega car would have a power to weight ratio of 1 to 1 or greater for example
