It's a stretch, but it's possible. You would need bigger hands to hit it easily though. Someone with smaller hands would not be able to play the voicing as is. I have decent sized hands and I can't really play it comfortably. I always write stuff like that in if it's question, because pianists come in different shapes and sizes. If you are not able to play it as written due to hand size, you can always omit the C at the top. It's already in the chord so it's not a big deal.
