Elden Ring is easily GOTY so far and the only competition I see, is Starfield.
How can Starfield be worthy when nobody knows what it is?
@@mog_3825 exactly, that means it could be worthy.
@@spicytoast6890 Lmao no it doesn't. That means it's a shit game since they haven't shown any gameplay whatsoever. Exactly like Cyberpunk
@@mog_3825 no, it doesn't mean anything actually. You can't say anything about it because we haven't seen anything on it. Which is why it could be good and it could be awful. No one knows, for all we know it's the best game we have ever seen.
@@spicytoast6890 No. For all we know it's trash because of the developer
The game looks great. But it's bit daunting for me to start it,as I have heard it quite difficult and don't really have too much time on my hand
Yeah, it does require a bit of free time cuz some bosses will just 1 tap you if you don’t explore and level up.
explore and profit.
This game can keep you busy for years to come then
It's a game for people with a lot of free time
It's not difficult. It's torture in many ways. You want a game that is very challenging but FAIR, play SEKIRO. Plus it's less big and I think it's better in a lot of ways.
Whoa, that video was so great :) I hope you will make a series out of it! :)
I’m glad you liked it! Will definitely make another video once I beat the game.
is that why you never made another video @RockyPunk
8:21 its more of a software limitation, its not optimal to do so, but the way they do some stuff in game can be bugged if fps is more than 60. From software games always were kinda pure on the quality of code.
I know it’s bs but in from soft games the damage is tied to frames along with the cadences in moves you make. It’s annoying but it’s always been like that and they’re unlikely to change it at any point
Attack homing is usually referred to as tracking.
Thanks. My mind was really struggling😂
Great video man. Subbed
I dont agree with you , but i can get your point
I don't even care that much about elden ring but I'm happy to hear you throughs about it anyway lol letsgoo
❤️❤️
Thoughts* . I was on a bus when I typed that, dangit. Don't wanna unedit the heart away as I have done quite a few times now lol
This game will teach you about reward and risk it up to you for the most play it safe and slow dont rush it explore more reward or rush it will be punished you
Really REALLY tried to give this game a chance, per steam I have 15 hours sunk into it before I quit, but I did quit because but I just don't enjoy it. The experience I kept having was I'd die, have to redo a long area, die at the same spot, and repeat multiple times till I finally succeeded. When I succeed I felt relieved that I didn't have to keep doing that part... and that was my first sign something was wrong. The fact I didn't want to keep redoing the same part was because I wasn't having fun redoing the same part. Each time having to redo the same long difficult areas felt tedious, and the possibility of not getting back to my runes, stressful, and when I finally did fail to get back and lost a HUGE amount of runes as a result, it was a punch to my gut that was extremely unpleasant.
I love breadth of the wild, and by the same token, the open world aspects of the game were enjoyable, and that, plus the fact I'd spent so much money on the game (and had friends who were still playing) kept me going long past my realization that I wasn't having fun with the majority of the game play, but the reality was, all the game was doing was making me wish I was replaying Zelda.
Ultimately, to each their own, but for me, this game was a huge waste disappointment and waste of money. I have enough stress and tedium in my life I don't need my limited play time giving me more.
CATASTROPHIC L

DS1 skeletons straight from firelink at SL1 type energy
So you don’t understand how to play the game, so you hate it. Got it lol
15 hours and you gave up? Yeah games definitely not for you, it's supposed to be a challenge and if you get no satisfaction out of winning then yea there is no point playing.
Filtered.
What does Ninja Gaiden have to do with it...?
Do you consider Bayonetta souls like too? Devil May Cry?
… It is a difficult game…. Like souls games are…. So the comparison is justified…. The other games you mentioned aren’t….
The attack honing you had a problem with is intentional, it’s out in there to make the encounters more difficult until you learn each enemies range and can adjust your play to that specific enemy. I wouldn’t call that a flaw it’s just a design choice you feel like is unfair
It’s not that I feel it’s unfair, it is unfair. If the enemies body showed movement while they’re targeting you (not just sliding on the spot) then that would be different.
There are also some enemies that hit you through walls and pillars. Just because it was an intentional design choice, doesn’t mean it’s a good design choice. And just because souls fans have gotten used to this kind of thing over many iterations of the series, doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be improved. It doesn’t ruin the game (still easily GOTY) but in the moment it just feels like you got cheap shotted instead of getting beat fair and square.
Small gripe in the grand scheme of things😅
9:10 you're talking about tracking
AAAAARGGGGGHHHHH. Ninja Gaidens are not soulslike. 🙃.
They call it tracking, the answer is to dodge through it. You’re invincible in the early and middle parts of your dodge
fables better
But DS1 was the best game.
More stat based than skill based it seems, not for me.
It's kind of both tbh. The thing is, if you're trash, no stats or levels will save you from getting smacked around...By far not. Imho, after 30hrs in the game, skill still matters more.
@@BengNinja well said!
@@BengNinja From what I've gathered it's 60 - 70% stats and 30 - 40% skills.
this game looks bad
