This is why we need a manager game from EA again, peak gaming was being able to do your season on the manager game for the depth then port the save over to FIFA for the big games to play them yourself.
no we dont fifa/eafc is a dead loser game that needed to reinvent itself and hasn't. its boring clunky and slow. jumpers for goalposts is a better game than eafc.
If you go on tactical view, you watch the game from the sidelines in 3D you can change the camera as well so you don’t have to watch from the sidelines

Surely my skills on a controller taking control of what superstars do on the pitch is arcade. I trust FM AI to control it better with the ratings it got to work with. I agree that graphics like in Madden, NBA 2k, FIFA and this FC is far better but that is eyecandy. Now and then it looked like something from Sim4 or other "family" games. 😂 Still good one can play this in 2D, but do folks do that ?
