Used 4 out of the 5. never looked at the weakest area of game. usually judge of the attributes for the role I'm playing them in & go from there. Will give it a go though
I use the first one to change squad status. However, as an extra tip, when you first click on the new playing time, it will give you advance warning about whether they are likely to be upset in a note below. At 0:47 you can see that if you confirm "fringe player" the note says that the player could be upset. And indeed, after it has been changed he is unhappy and will probably knock on your door to complain.
this is why when u see that warning u better leave it as it is bcz u will get more problems and complaining and even asking to be put on transfer list and get angry with you. Only lower those who will not be upset.
I would note with coach assignments that the Asst Mngr doesn't necessarily make the best coach allocations. You can actually see that you have 3 coaches assigned to GK shot stopping and indeed, the reason why you have only 2.5 stars on handling is because your coach is doubled up on both GK areas. Anyway, point is maybe use it as a "draft" distribution and then go over it yourself!
If you’ve just completed a contract renewal or just signed them, yes. If they’ve been at your club for a while and their position has naturally changed, then no. Give it a go and let me know 👍
If the player has an agent, they will warn you if the change could be too much for the player, like in the video at 0:45 . If that feedback is not there, the player will accept the change without any issue. If it's there, you might still take the risk and get lucky, but you can't say that nobody warned you. 😉 Good luck!
@@Brazio20 true, you can almost tweak it to suit each time. In this instance we dropped quite a few squad roles down. In most instances it wouldn’t be so severe. But still, the agent and player were fine
Who’s actually used all 5? And more importantly, are there are any more hidden buttons?

@@craigfs81 oh fair play 👏 - you must have a fair few hours in the game?
@@TheManagersSeat yeah the last 2 FMs I've owned (22 & 24) I have quite a lot of hours in. some would say I'm addicted 😂

Awesome! So glad. Some people take it for granted, but you don’t know unless you know

brill thanks !!! difficult at vanarama level to train players given they are part time but im using rest .
Yeah it’s tough down there! Tends to be heart over head, you get attached to the odd few players - but ultimately they don’t turn into world beaters
If you assign a scout and data analyst to opposition they will always prepare the report for you rather than having to do it for each game.
Very true!

Exactly! We’re all control freaks in FM. I like to tweak to suit myself. Just a useful button to highlight
Shouldn't player get upset when you change agreed playing time?

player can get upset, good news is their agent will warn you if it'll upset the player like 0:46
