I struggle badly with suicidal thoughts and uncontrollable sadness and tears and anger. Your voice was very kind and even though I cried the whole way through, the meditation was comforting. Thank you

I really needed this. My period came on this morning and I was already becoming so anxious and anticipating being rude to the kiddos I work with, but taking this moment to breathe and give myself some grace and compassion for the day I have head and also knowing that I can always apologize and taking a moment to breathe before reacting or responding. Thank you 🙏🏾

The audio is so loud and high pitched it really does the opposite for me while in full PMDD mode, its irritating vs realaxing. Thank you for making this though.
