I always have kinda considered MotorMaster of the stunticons/Decepticons an evil version to..somewhat,to me he is an under utilized version of an evil optimus prime, the same for the stunticons team itself as evil colored doppelganger toys from the autobots.
Maybe Silas could have used it as his body instead of poor Breakdown. He could have somehow make it a real transformer, either via the matrix or an artifact. And his underlings would have found a way to transfer Silas' soul in the robot and give him the classic Nemesis Prime colours.

I really feel that the direction that I should have went like a Optimus Prime body with all the memories of Megatron they could have had a battle where it fell into the La Brea Tar Pits and then emerges out actually liking it all black color and decides to start calling itself Nemesis Prime it would have made the perfect setup for a Nemesis Prime origin but they didn't take advantage of it
Scourge is and always will be the best Black Convoy. Mostly because he's a fully fleshed out character unlike all other Nemesis Primes(in the cartoons).
MY preferred version of Nemesis Prime? How about the one that was released as an exclusive for SDCC 2008. That one has a bio that indicates he was built by the Decepticon Warlord Straxus, who took a lowly protoform and imbued him with Optimus Prime's knowledge and combat algorithms. After Straxus died, Nemesis Prime was roaming Cybertron alone, skulking through the shadows killing Autobot and Decepticon alike. Nemesis Prime has no sense of identity, and he has no moral compass unlike the heroic Autobot he was modeled after. That version is far more brutal than the others!
I remember years ago there was a fan made comic of an origins of a nemesis Prime where he was an unknown cybertronian doing the Golden Age where he absolutely hated Orion Pax for taking his job and his girl and apparently after Orion became Optimus Prime he forced a cybertronian engineer to rebuild his body in Optimus primes image but better I suppose it's a classic case of a copycat/kill Fire with Fire scenario wish I remember who made that comic :\ ?
I always loved the concept of Nemesis Prime, especially the color scheme for him. Although he really hasn't been used properly most incarnations of him. He's mostly there just to sell a new toy of him or whatever. The Prime one is my favorite incarnation of him. I knew metch was building their own transformer, but I didn't think it would be Nemesis Prime. Tlk one had potential to be pretty interesting, but he litteraly was just there for like 4 minutes. It would of been cool to see Optimus fighting him in control of his body thoughout the film. Oh well though we get what we get. Hopefully future incarnations of him will make him more lasting than just one appearance and make him a full character.

Dank Starscream Well they already showed us how Megatron crushed Bee's voice box, which was pretty dark for a kid show, so it's possible that we'll have more of these surprises, but I doubt we'll get Nemesis prime. But I'd like to see it one time, at least in a comic.
RID Scourge is my favourite version of Nemesis Prime and should be an example how to use this character. He has got an own unique and ambitious personality except of being just an evil Optimus. Also, because he was more of a secondary rival to Optimus while Megatron was around.
Scourge is my favorite. His personality made him a bad guy you could actually get behind. Ever since the first time we same a black recolor of Prime, I had always wanted them to do the same with Hot Rod. It sucks we didn't get to see it until Shattered Glass and more recently with Rodimus Unicronus.
Doesn't Motormaster have the same concept of Nemesis Prime? He and the other Stunticons were made to copy the Autobot's vehicular mode, with Motormaster being the leader (just like how Optimus is the leader of the Autobots). He has the same alternate mode as Optimus Prime and he has an intense rivalry with Optimus. Also, he has something that doppelgangers always have: an opposite personality. Optimus is a noble and compassionate leader while Motormaster is a jerk to his team. Motormaster seems like the original Nemesis Prime before it was a thing.
Yes and no. They did go head to head in the Masquerade episode, but that's more of a coincidence that they are both trucks. While both Motormaster and Nemesis Prime are black trucks, its only the later that was made to BE a copy of Optimus. Motormaster was made simply to be the leader of the Stunticons, which I cover a lot about in my combiner videos.
I came up with the idea that after Unicron's defeat Shockwave secretly studied his remains; researched the history of the matrix and its connections to Primus, Unicron, Cybertron, and Vector Sigma. Then Shockwave cloned Optimus Prime's corpse and made a Dark Matrix from Unicron's remains. Shockwave named his creation Nemesis Prime. For the time being N.P. serves Megatron as a sleeper agent waiting for the day when Shockwave will activate his true purpose as part of Shockwave's extremely long term master plan.

How did Optimus get reprogrammed like by a magical slap to the cheek?!? EDIT: Thanks RodimusPrimal! I'll be posting my own videos in my own channel within the week probably! Thanks for the ❤️!
Your hypothetical version of Nemesis Prime is my favorite...although I like to think that Nemesis is from another universe like Shattered Optimus, or a future version of Optimus Prime, broken by war.
I honestly would like that if Shattered Glass became a thing for other versions of Transformers. With the evil Optimus of that universe being Nemesis Prime. And we might get a good Megatron as a package too (he may go by Megatronus like Megatron used to do).
I would of thought that dark awakening zombie Optimus would have been considered nemesis prime too as he was re programmed and brought back to life by the quintessons just like the last night Optimus was.
Man, I wish the Transformers G1 series will make an episode of Nemesis Prime that way, optimus would battle him, then the final season with Rodimus would be called the Vengeance of Nemesis
My favorite toy line form of him has to be the Takara Tomy repaint of Optimus. That'll probably be my next Masterpiece I'll get if he is still in production. I already spent too much on MP Optimus since I never got him while he was in production. My favorite from the series is Scourge since that's the only version I saw of him while growing up.
Wow great retrospective video here Rodimus. I do not have many of the "dark Optimus toys", in fact I only have Scourge, but that may have to change!! Keep the videos coming bro you do great work.
I would recommend the Titan's Return version, it still can be found at retail price, has homages to the previous versions and many experts consider it the best Nemesis Prime figure.
Nemesis prime is my be all end all favorite character and pallette color. His color scheme just oozes power, aggression, and strength. And let's face it if everyone loves the big bot, his true evil persona is nothing to turn your nose up at.

Weirdly the best version of nemesis that i have seen came from a transformers fan fiction where he was optimus and started the decepticon rebellion. Its a long story but it basically chose to portray optimus as a Spartacus like character.
Fun fact: It is possible that the RID character was named Scourge after the comic exclusive Sonic the hedgehog character, here's the evidence to back up this argument: 1.- Evil version of the face of the franchise. 2.- They are the exact oposite personality wise 3.- They're both practically just recolors with alterations.
i like optimus prime and nemesis prime being separate characters, in the cause in tlk I wished both of them were separate characters cause I wanted him to be killed by hot rod
Always imagined the black flat nose freight liner in Terminator 2 suddenly transforming into Nemesis while chasing John Conner through the LA storm drain system.
ive watched the g1 series over and over and now i see something new that would make sense if they did make a real dark matrix nemesis prime in the g1 series that would be a game changer
I remembered something in relation to Nemesis Prime. In the Japanese Manga "Battlestars:The Return of Convoy", there is also an evil version of Prime called FALSE CONVOY.
Woh Prime might have met his match against his other self it would be confusing to tell the good from the bad like two captain Kirks looking the same. "Spock shoot the one on the right he is the imposter." yeah tough call wouldnt you say? because personality alone wont always be enough to tell. now imagine not one but a large crew of evil Prime clones the autobots would be in trouble. In Thundercats an evil Panthro was created by Mumra as a way to strike at the enemies of the Mutants on third earth. If evil Prime got the Matrix could he use it's power against the autobots?
I always liked TF Prime's Nemesis. The idea of a power-mad human copying the toughest bot they saw seems kinda right. Megs never struck me as one to waste resources copying what he wants to personally obliterate. But then again, Megs has had so many different tones...
Your mocked up G1 Nemesis Prime stuff was cool... makes me wish it had happened

Amazing! I absolutely love these origin Bios, sometimes you feel like you kinda know but you just don't know the real story. Great video!
How did Optimus get reprogrammed like by a magical slap to the cheek?!? EDIT: Thanks RodimusPrimal! I'll be posting my own videos in my own channel within the week probably! Thanks for the ❤️!
I agree. Quintessa seemed to have powered that made you wonder.
Scourge is the only toy version I ever owned, and I still have it stored away. Really fine looking design, too.
Yeah that is a great toy for sure. I just got the Netflix one and I have to open it up but it may just be my number 2 as far as Nemesis Prime toys go.
Your hypothetical version of Nemesis Prime is my favorite...although I like to think that Nemesis is from another universe like Shattered Optimus, or a future version of Optimus Prime, broken by war.
I think Nemesis Prime form the Shattered Glass would be an anti-anti-Prime, who sees how evil SG Prime is and joins the heroic decepticons.
I honestly would like that if Shattered Glass became a thing for other versions of Transformers. With the evil Optimus of that universe being Nemesis Prime. And we might get a good Megatron as a package too (he may go by Megatronus like Megatron used to do).
Scourge is the best Némesis Prime. He must be fully included in the continuity g1 next to Fire Convoy , Gigatron. Etc.
Poor Motormaster will always be 2nd fiddle to Nemesis Prime😔
I came back here after watching the Transformers Kingdom trailer and saw Optimus and Nemesis beat the living spark out of each other.
I honestly see Nemisis Prime as the very darkness of Optimus Prime, that’s just my thing
Man I love me some nemesis prime
Bardock The Sayian I see
I would of thought that dark awakening zombie Optimus would have been considered nemesis prime too as he was re programmed and brought back to life by the quintessons just like the last night Optimus was.
I like the Nova Prime origin, the corruption of a Prime. I think this fits better with the power of the Primes line.
Thanks buddy but still hate the mistakes i did when i was nemesis
I’m so glad I’ve found your channel l! It’s reignited my love of Transformers! Keep up the good work Rodimus!
why do I want Hasbro to make a heroic Megatron doppelganger named Jaegertron?
This was so cool! I'm definitely getting an nemesis prime figure
watch one ?
I would recommend the Titan's Return version, it still can be found at retail price, has homages to the previous versions and many experts consider it the best Nemesis Prime figure.
@@Hektols thx am getting back to Transformers toy
I plan on getting the Mp10 version that's my favorite.
I also for forgot they have a Mp Scourge and that is one badass figure.
Another amazing video man ! As always I love watching your videos !
Thanks! Stay tuned for more!
0:42 What episode of G1 is that from?
Or was it fanmade?
@@Superior_Productions I believe it's fanmade.
It is fanmade
@@Jayden9000 ok, it looks pretty cool, does anyone know what called?
I made it. I took the part from Divide and Conquer, the laugh is from Megatron's Master Plan. What he says is from Attack of the Autobots.
You forgot Darkwing Duck vs. Negaduck in the opening monologue!
Love the vid!
Star Saber Retrospective please
He's on my list.
@@RodimusPrimal the character or the sword?
@@EYYYYYJustin if the sword it would be a relic video. Definitely the character.

Well thats just a Therory...
**A GAME THEORY!!!**
Lol
Theory*
@@weiner7859 What? That's what it says?
Nemesis prime is my be all end all favorite character and pallette color. His color scheme just oozes power, aggression, and strength. And let's face it if everyone loves the big bot, his true evil persona is nothing to turn your nose up at.
As to answer why Megatron had a copy of Optimus, dude's lonely and wanted a body pillow.
Great research and breaking down the backstories!! Its really just Sell product and keep the name trademark, lol.
Ah thank you for a new brilliant video Optimus. I hope you’re settling into your new home :)
Thanks! We're settling in slowly but surely!
RodimusPrimal That’s great to hear :)
It will be so coolto have a Transformers series with Nemesis Prime as the main villain
Amazingly, the Prime Wars nemesis Prime is my favorite.

And Ya Know I'm Interested Making More Animated Transformers Movies
Once again in kingdom, Nemesis prime is a product of Unicron. Although this time, he is a remade Optimus much like Galvatron.
Always have liked Nemesis Prime, pretty awesome you covered one of my favorite Decepticons ever! Great video as always!
Weirdly the best version of nemesis that i have seen came from a transformers fan fiction where he was optimus and started the decepticon rebellion. Its a long story but it basically chose to portray optimus as a Spartacus like character.
Dang never knew how dark trnsfr were
2:40 -2:46 MegaSavage
Fun fact: It is possible that the RID character was named Scourge after the comic exclusive Sonic the hedgehog character, here's the evidence to back up this argument:
1.- Evil version of the face of the franchise.
2.- They are the exact oposite personality wise
3.- They're both practically just recolors with alterations.
i like optimus prime and nemesis prime being separate characters, in the cause in tlk I wished both of them were separate characters cause I wanted him to be killed by hot rod
Always imagined the black flat nose freight liner in Terminator 2 suddenly transforming into Nemesis while chasing John Conner through the LA storm drain system.
The most inserting is the idw version
Did someone say......LioConvoy? :)
Snarf Snarf!
The intro music to your videos is absolutely badass! Would love this music to play every time I came In to a room
ive watched the g1 series over and over and now i see something new that would make sense if they did make a real dark matrix nemesis prime in the g1 series that would be a game changer
I hope for S2 or S3 of cyberverse nemesis prime appear i heard rumours he would appear in S2 as his own character
Oh the gundam sound effects.lol. Too bad there weren't any screams from the Japanese cast.lol
Good job with this character I was hoping you would talk about him and you did.
Nice G1 art
Awesome video, worth the wait.
Nemesis prime : I AM NEMESIS PRIME
Bumblebee: prime , its me bumblebee
Nemesis Prime: WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME!!!!??
These are awesome, man, keep them up
I remembered something in relation to Nemesis Prime. In the Japanese Manga "Battlestars:The Return of Convoy", there is also an evil version of Prime called FALSE CONVOY.
All I collect is black repaints of Prime - he's just wicked cool, regardless of origin :D
I loved this video. It has given me more ideas for my truck build, themed on Nemesis Prime.
My favorite is the transformers prime one
I always liked TF Prime's Nemesis. The idea of a power-mad human copying the toughest bot they saw seems kinda right. Megs never struck me as one to waste resources copying what he wants to personally obliterate. But then again, Megs has had so many different tones...
No matter what you say the JOHNNYFLASH version of nemesis prime is the best.
